I have seen this before in a navy minesweeping class, Its a French military mine-sweeper, or mine-hunter. They demolished a mine that was on top of a shipwreck. Turnes out that the sunken vessel had more then a few more mines underneath the deck. Two people in a dingy controlling the demolition got really hurt but survived.
