We need the old version of SPORE! Before the SPORE we know, they made a great game. You can see it on youtube: "SPORE(old version) 35min gameplay", but it hasn't been approved by EA and they made that shit. Then, to improve the shit they did... SPORE: Galactic Adventures! But this is not compared with the current trash: DarkSPORE. You guys who dont know, SPORE is a kind of shit now, we need the Old Version of SPORE, I repeat! Scientific, realistic, and EPIC and wonderfull!

The enjoyable thing about Spore, and it's one and only key feature that set it apart, was that you could make pretty much everything and then place it into the game enviroment. That was awesome! But it all looked just a bit too cartoony, and making a cool-looking race was hard.

Now the style is perfect, but the gameplay I loved is absent, the options for creation having dwindled down to very little, compratively.

I hope they'll make a Spore 2 using this graphic style and the old gameplay type.

@theviewerofart why do u need a sequel for a game that can just be expanded? Spore 2 is honestly, the dumbest thing I've hear since someone sed "Zomg Darkspore has spore in the title so that means it's related to spore and ruins spore dur hur".

Instead of asking for a sequel to a game that doesn't need one, ask for an expansion pack people!

@ShadowRaptor1O1 From this comment I can only conclude that you have misunderstood my comment. I listed Spore's choice of style as a complaint. To change this, an entirely new engine would have to be built. Hence, in my own opinion, a sequel is in order, since that kind of thing can not be handled by a mere expansion pack. Everything else about Spore, minus the glitchy animations for more complex creatures, was spot-on. I'm saying I would like to see said sequel use Darkspore's style though. :)

Dont get me wrong, i love spore. But the reason i loved it was becuase it was unique in the way u could explore the galaxy, Evolve from a micro-organism And much more custom content. I mean, this looks pretty crap to me, It has no 'Unique sell point', I mean its just turned into ANOTHER RPG... BORING! EAxis u fail!

Why not bring out better expansion? Like beeing able to travel to diffrent galaxy's on Spore? Its a shame, u have a GREAT Game, why make a NEW shit one?
