  • Thanks so much! Your videos help a LOT!

  • is this guy russian?

  • @psychodaniel1234 no he is an aussie

  • To my understanding sinking down is where you get your stability. Grounding yourself, look at his hips and shoulders when he kicks his shoulders dont dont elevate.

So when you sink and kick you wont be off ballanced and the power will go out to the target as well.

Projecting out and taking in i think you should sink down.

watch his Fajing videos, very good.

very simular to what i have been tought so far.

  • The opposite to raising up on your heel.. Sink and maintain control of your balance whilst utilizing your body weight effectively.

  • @TeamWuJin hey dude, I'm doing Jiu Jitsu for some years now, got the 6. kyu (green belt) right now, but I'm still uncertain in kicking, doing only low kicks cause I always fear my opponent to grab my leg, like I'm doing when they're kicking high. Got some tips on how you could pretend your opponent grabbing your leg?

    Greetz from Germany

  • @danielschrotmeyer sorry, but I don't really understand your question.

But being worried about what your opponent could do during your offense is paranoia.

Just hit first and hit hard.

If your kicks are no good, train them!

    Good luck

  • Another great video thanks mate!
