I do not doubt this wise man, but what about fish eggs and milk, i am a regular meat eatter, but something clicked in my head that said eat more vegies, some how i am turned off on meat, i want veggies, today i ate a whole bag of spring mix and loved it, no idea why, if i can eat veggies without soy i will love it, soy has problems with male testrone, and i refuse to eat it, so if i can eat fish and eggs and milk i will be set!
I am vegetarian and I am also a Hindu so I have alot of respect for what you are saying but you must not claim that vegetarian diet protects you from aids, disease and cancer that is just wrong on so many levels surely you must know this is not true!!!
I am vegetarian and also a spiritual scientist. I like your videos and respect your views as a different pathway from mine (I am Celtic Pagan with a hint of Kabbalah).
I have one very important vegetarian bone I'd like to pick with you :-)
Being Vegetarian DOES NOT protect you against AIDS!
Please be careful with making such comments as people in third world countries suffer greatly over wrong info.
Safe Sex using condoms is the only thing that will prevent you from becoming HIV positive.
I feel you are taking what is said above out of context. Yes, I will agree as would anyone with a single brain cell that AIDS is an absolutely devastating disease, I believe what was meant by that comment is that a vegetarian diet can help maintain the ravaging effects of HIV and stave off the possible onset of AIDS. A healthy diet is almost always suggested to patients on ARVs. Just a little food for thought if you will.
Also, amend your last line, what about victims of circumstance?
did he say that being vegetarian can heal or prevent cancer and aids?
don't think I don't think that being vegetarian is bad. I am a vegetarian. I slowly transitioned, but now I am a vegetarian, though I do eat cheese still (I've switched to soy milk now though ^_^).
I went on a vege-diet but added peanuts/peanut butter *w/the celery+carrots and still lost a ton of weight and was increasing my walking and weight lifting no problem.
I am going to start doing this, because I have been able to stop in the past but I stop all at once, and it made it hard. I will try what you talk about. thank you
I've been a vegetarian myself for all of my life. No eggs either. But sometimes I get the craving for chicken or fish filet. Once or twice a year perhaps. So I go ahead and satisfy it because it is all consuming thought to eat it. Afterwards I don't feel so good, so I think what was it making me want to eat it in the first place. Any insight?
My new years resolution. Thanks!

I became almost completely vegetarian overnight and I did feel a bit sick,
like my intestines couldn't handle it. I've made that decision almost three
months ago but only now I'm starting to cut out fish as well. I also don't eat
eggs because there's no way I can be sure there's no cruelty involved (there would be if I had my own chickens but that's practically impossible atm).
I drink only soy milk, but I do eat yoghurt and cheese and other dairy products.

I was raised vegetarian and I still am! :) I tried meat before but I disliked it and it made me sick :(

Well I quit eating all worst meat 5 years ago very easily, I never miss it and my health got better, I believe it's thanks to my new diet.
But you can't avoid AIDS by being a vegetarian, it's an STD. Even school kids know it.

@trendboy1 What does a spiritual scientist study? Isn't spirituality by definition not scientific?

I transitioned overnight, and here's how...
I had two reasons...
The first being a global reason. Watch 'Earthlings' to see this reason.
My second reason was personal. I don't like having acne on my face...
Having a personal reason and a global reason is all that's needed for a person who is compassionate and deep thinking.
