Well im going to explain this video :D Sean is dying from smoking thats why hes dressed up as a heart dancing against a cigarette cause thats his heart fighting it and when nat starts operating on sean its like its operation because hes pulling random objects out of seans body then inside seans body nat is dressed up as a hand and he grabs the cigarette out of his body so thats why they were all dressed up because it was inside seans body.
