@LincolnLions4 the 8gb isnt consider a 3rd gen, but a 2gen MC model... if u go on apples website there is no new sign next to it....only 32 and 64gb

From what I see on youtube, there is a way to Jailbreak it. So, your answer is with more searching.. Nice review, just a tip, get a stand for the camera. just a friendly advice.

if you download itunes and create an itunes account you can download apps, movies, songs and a lot more for your ipod

you have to download itunes to download apps, and yes you can predownload apps. I just got mine today and i downloaded apps about a month ago. They are awesome :D

Go to download an app and when it asks to make an account click yes and say u dont have a credit card or anything and it will let u without any money

no, that does not exist...at least from apple. There possibly could be someone that created a black one, i.e. just getting one from apple and replacing the chrome with black

honestly, im not going to tell you that its 100% true, because i have never seen that done. My friend has the 2G and says that when he upgraded to 3.1, he was able to do that. so i can't really answer that question

i don't understand how i get free apps? because i might be more interested then if jailbreaking does that , i'm just worried about some things that could go wrong with my ipod like , waranty won't be good if it's jailbroken and some bad things happened to software and programs on the ipod when it's jailbroken...
