I went there and wven though you couldn't see the fireworks themselfs they were still cool.

u went there on 4 of jully and it rained right before it and we couldnt get close enough so the fog was in the way an all we could see was lighs red,blue,yellow lights it sucked but there were meany mor things there to cheer me up like the bad lands and wall drug and the cosmos i would deffanetly recamend going to south dakota for a va k it is just breath taking.

The weather may be pretty crappy but its all worth it because mount rushmore is amazing and I always think wow im really lucky to be living in this state. When your driving down the road and pass someone else driving, they wave at you. I wouldnt live anywhere else!

Yeah I admit the people here are a lot nicer then in other places, but I've lived here my entire life and after a while I got bored.

And yes the scenery is made of win, but then I never do anything. :P Sorry if I offend. :)

the fuck it was... it was the biggest waste of time ever... we planned this trip for 2 years and traveled for 2 day straight without any sleep only to get there where there were no fucking seats and they exscpected us to sit in the woods? fuck off... so we stood in the isles for 9 hours were we later got kicked out of... waiting throug wind rain and cold, for this? and not to mention the 3 mile walk up-hill to get to our car and the 2 hour wait to leave, fuck Mount Rushmoore, all for colored fog
