I remember going here when I was visiting family. I rode screamin so many times! I live near the florida one... why can't this get put in? I mean rockin roller coaster is fun, but I really loved this ride.
@lomac011 As a matter of fact, niether. Disney is surprisingly one of the parks that actually does not care if you film on rides (except Tower of Terror and 3D Shows)
A good tip for filming is to hold the camera using both hands against your chest, and hold it as tightly as possible, and try to keep your arms away from the car sides. That should yield a smoother pov. OR, buy an industrial pneumatic lever suction cub, put a bolt onto it the same size as thestandard camera mount screw, screw yer camera on, suck the thing to the car, and tada :D
They are currently refilling the lagoon as we speak :). Additionally, the park is filled with construction walls, especially around the pier area, more specifically around the midway with Muholland Madness
It did turn out well because of your nice camera placement. That turned out to be a good idea, sticking it between the handlebar. Nice and stable tripod there.
Also, the angle of the camera was just right. Not to low or too high. Perfect.
Dude I just walked on and they didn't say anything. In fact, Disney almost never says "you can't film on the ride," it's always a "yeah sure, whatever. I hate my job." They just don't allow you to film with flash in dark rides like Indiana Jones.
Well I'm just so glad and thankful for the way the Intamin supplied the Classic Looping trains because of the little handle bar mounted on the front of the car. I just held my camera there and it was nice and snug in there (the front half of the camera that is).
Thanks man. The trains on the ride have a great advantage on the vehicle design that leaves the general public with the best way to film an onride video on this ride possible, which is the method I used. Other people have used it, but this was my first time using it so it's a bit shakyish.
Well at the end of each block brake, I see a little LIM strip. I honestly don't even know why I asked that haha. Not to be offensive the tiniest bit, but I doubt you (or any of us) would know why they're there.
I can't fricking wait till I go here next month .

How did you secure your camera to the handrail? And with permission or snuck? =]

My first real coaster, did it when I was 6. I remember that day clearly...
Let's just say that I wasn't quite the happiest camper after the first 20 seconds...

I used a special non patented method. :D.

Nice video. What's with the LIM chunks at each block brake though?
JakeD7 2 years ago
There are no LIM Chunks at the block brakes, what are you talking about specifically?
A113Productions 2 years ago
The LIMs at each block brake are for restarting the ride after an E-stop
Atem122 2 years ago
Oh, alright, thanks. And yeah, I read this after I replied. But thanks.
