Very early in the show's run, Mr. Cosby told the Emmy committee not to nominate him-ever.

They "retaliated" by never nominating anyone on the show, if I remember correctly.

I know alot of people are not gonna believe me, but my grandmother was in this episode when BB King was playing at the little club, she was the one sitting with the man and she had short hair and glasses. She was also in Jurassic Park 2 (the subway scene w/ Jeff Goldblum, where the lady was staring at him on the subway)

One thing that always irritated me about this episode: Why did B.B. King have to pretend to be someone else? When the Beach Boys made a special appearance on Home Improvement, they didn't call themselves something else. Riley Jackson my butt!

Riley King is his real name so all they really did was change his last name. I would guess they referred to him by that name in the show because he's a personal friend of the family...not just a musician. That's just my guess.
