@kenshinro7 :: online comic. my goal at the moment is produce enough for an ashcan for a convention that is coming soon. i don't have a goal to submit to a publisher or have some solid schedule (if my kid sleeps a bit, i draw. if my husband has time to watch her when he gets home, i draw. that's a little under two hours a day if i'm lucky). art always comes second to my little girl =]
@TheReviewer58 :: color?? BWAHAHAHAHA (i don't color/tone this)! if you're talking about any CGs I do, that's all done in Photoshop essentials (even the 'inking'). As for the comic, I use traditional media only except for the text which is also photoshop essentials. Pigment liners, any brand at the moment cause they run out of ink pretty fast. So I gotta buy them often..
@parada69 :: ...omg.. we tried finding a place that sold a scanner big enough but we failed. so i seriously have to scan the thing like 2-3 times, fit it together somehow. it's a pain!!
@parada69 i find that copying and pasting the panels as a whole panel works best for those more complicated layouts.. that's the fastest i can do it! thanks for the kind words!
Really enjoying ToNIC, I think its a cool touch how you put the sound effects in Japanese! Katakana always look awesome in magnas, the one thing I miss in some English translations is when they use English sound effects instead. Nice touch! Noah
