@EmDizzle2K7 well since Dark Alex quit the PSP scenario there were no more PSP unbrick, and bad luck he quit before PSP 3001 came out. He was the mastermind of all the PSP hacking and unbricking, we just tried to post best possible guides on youtube that's why there are many videos about this.

@RockingRahul123 you mustdo the same I was doing to get it back with a newer version, you must have a pandored battery and magic memory stick like in the video if you can't do that then visit.... psphacks(.)c0m, and download the "chickhen" and "CFW enabler" those are easy to use on any psp but they are not permanent firmware.

Can anyone help? I recently made a pandora battery ( soft mod- psp phat) and a mms, I tested it out on a psp phat and it worked fine. When I tried to use it on my bricked psp, it didn't load up the menu, it only autobooted. What can i do>,....?
@iStabCows all depends what type of psp u're trying to hack/unbrick, also maybe your pandora battery was (by mistake ) commanded to autoboot psp, that is a function to make PSP's to boot when power button is broken. so if you soft- made your pandora try to make it again andmake sure it is not in autoboot mode.
@friscoway415 I'm trying to unbrick a fully bricked psp slim( 2000). I made sure it was not on autoboot. It worked fine for the psp phat.... it still didn't load up the menu after autoboot for my slim. Another question, when creating the mms with RainM and PSPGRADER even though it said IPL failed to inject, it still worked for the phat (meaning there was a menu after autoboot), would that have an effect on the "unbricking" function?
@iStabCows I never used RainM or PSPgrader, so I can't tell whats wrong, you should look for motherboard version because some PSPs slim 2000s had different motherboards versions and look google for pandorable versions.
@friscoway415 My psp slim was already running on CFW before it got bricked, so i don't think it is a motherboard problem. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong since it works fine with the psp phat
@iStabCows maybe the magic memory stick is not universal made it is maybe only for fat, if you browse my videos and follor the instructions on how to make a magic memory stick then a unoiversal you will see it will work, but you must be in Windows XP because for vVsta I don't know.
@Brianx220 DON'T destroy it if it is bricked you may need to send it to sony to unbrick it tell em you was updating the software and accidentally shut off, if it is bricked there is no way to unbrick it unless you send to sony, or you may need to wait for another "DARK ALEX" coder to release an unbrick method for the PSP 3000, if is not bricked and you want tohack it, you neede to use the "CHIK HEN" method.

@Maracouda I sell the set for $34.99 and this works only with PSP fat and PSP slim 2001 with TA-088v2 motherboard and oldest, but if your PSP comes with TA-088v3 it will not work. as to know what type of motherboard you psp comes with you still need a pandora battery, the only way is to take the risk of compatability.
and google for "PSP TA-088v3 identifier" and read what I am talking about.

@HuaWuQue9: If you already have a memory stick you can do this yourself. Just google it and you will find the instructions. The is no "magic stick" memory card, its a code saved onto a normal card. All that is done to the battery is also a code. No need to buy anything.

@shota2h depende de como la hagas, las baterias se hacen con software o operandolas y el mismo software te ayuda a hacerla normal, y si la operas tienes que revertir la operacion.

@andrsonnasseer you have to copy the official 3.71 sony firmware and rename it from eboot to "3.71.PBP" and copy it to the root of the magic memory stick.

@Maracouda I sell the set for $34.99 and this works only with PSP fat and PSP slim 2001 with TA-088v2 motherboard and oldest, but if your PSP comes with TA-088v3 it will not work. as to know what type of motherboard you psp comes with you still need a pandora battery, the only way is to take the risk of compatability.
and google for "PSP TA-088v3 identifier" and read what I am talking about.

@HuaWuQue9: If you already have a memory stick you can do this yourself. Just google it and you will find the instructions. The is no "magic stick" memory card, its a code saved onto a normal card. All that is done to the battery is also a code. No need to buy anything.

you have to go into recoverymode ---> configuration, at the bottom it say's "Hide MAC address in system information (currently disabled)----> click "X" ---->it says currently enabled---> exit recoverymode and that's it

once you put the pandora battery it will come the menu to start the unbrick proccess, after it's done you should press X it will not shut off itself.

actually you must modify the battery as a "pandora battery" and the memory stick as a "magic memory stick" I have other videos showing how to modify battery and memory.
