No they dont. Thats just something untrained riders say to justify their crash. Ive been riding crash free since 1977 and know plenty of others who have been on the road far longer than me without crashing. BTW I ride every day in all weather in heavy traffic.

actually he bought the hayabusa because the original one was his training bike. we do have driving schools here, he got his motorcycle license before he started riding it. unlike some people that we know he's never crashed his bike.
