  • Unfortunately bad sound

  • es la mejor composicion de piano de mozart y de todos los tiempos, dudo mucho que alguien pueda acercarse algun dia a semejante obra de arte.

  • ugh!!! what is all of that cruddy noise????

  • everything about this is low-quality. except the idea of mozart of course.

  • nope ... that too!

  • what a bad interpretation.

    he needs a teacher.

  • what is this shit

  • @dt10825 go home

  • I think the Director is cool to watch. So cute and fat. He rocks. And sways. And rocks. Great job.

  • Will somebody please strangle the kid in the background ?

  • Or his/her parents who were ignorant enough to bring that child there to cry and scream! I hate those kind of idiots!

And whats that strange rustling noise. Really annoying.

  • long live mozart,best mozart´s piano cocertos no.20,21,23

  • Very bad ! If it wasn't enough, there are childrend crying !

  • silly! Inmozarts day and up until very near present there were always many such impediments.Performance wasnt seen as holy order. Read the leters ofolder pianistsi am only 35 but i know Mozart had peple walking around eating like todays rock fests.Pianists who tour get used to (stuff) Imagine touring south america in he 30's 40'sNovaes and Carreno had devastating stories. Many high schoolers play this more mozartean. Not impressive :little personal or subtlety.

  • The sound is a bit harsh for my taste in Mozart. The orchestra and the piano don't seem to be in sync for the performance - at many times throughout, they are off. I myself have competed with and performed this concerto. Not my favorite performance, but the pianist had difficult circumstances to perform under.

  • Why does it sound like the guy in front of me is eating a bag of chips?

  • is this really the only video of this on youtube --?

  • everything´s a mess

    i liked the pianist though

  • Nobody ever erected a monument to a critic.

  • A lovely performance, but this pianist deserves a medal for putting up with an audience inches from the piano and an annoying cameraman moving around his back during the entire performance. What powers of concentration.

  • bearded weirdos standing around, kids screaming, conductor on a moth-eaten carpet, cameramen wobbling thir tripods and not knowing when or what to film next, good pianist but lousy presentation

  • Nice!!I would like to play it with the orquestra. i played with a friend in a piano reduction. see it in: mozart piano concerto n 21 two pianos ( you tube)

  • i will know this song no matter what!

  • write in english you doughnut

  • I agree, the brass section is both out of tune and far too loud!! What a racket.

  • Can someone please kill the trumpet players for me?

  • This is one concerto i'd love to learn *sigh* nod... maybe one day

  • Shein99, I was not surprised with your reaction based on your racial background!

  • I think for the benefit of those who are not so familiar with the title of this Piano Concerto, we

could use the "Elvira Madigan". We have to accept that the film made it more famous and was remembered for that particular film.Sometimes, we have to avoid bigotry in Music!

  • uh...not exactly the music i listen 2 but it was pretty! i was seeing the candyman video and someone said "you wanna listen 2 some REAL music? watch "allegro maestoso"

thats the reason y im watching this

  • the mos beautiful song in the world,,,SWEET,,,,

  • this concerto is NOT called Elvira Madigan, i wish people would stop using that term.... please, no one remembers that ridiculous movie anymore.

plus, the stuffy 19th century romantic aesthetics used in that movie have absolutely nothing to do with mozart.

it is the concerto for piano and orchestra number 21 in C major, (K467)... as simple and wonderful as that.

  • I know that "Elvira Madigan" is not the name of this piece and that there isn't any connection with Mozart. Personally, I hate this name for this concerto. But I put it on youtube with this wrong nickname only for a search engine related reason.

  • you're right on that....

  • @shein99 Oh, don't be all anal. People know and love the piece because of that movie, and there's nothing wrong with it. My eight year old, when I said I was going to play K467 to him a few minutes ago, responded by saying "That's the Concerto in C Major that people call Elvira Madigan", so clearly it's still known by that name.

  • niceeee!

  • Yee,

I thought this sounded better live.

I was there; the concert took place on Life Day, last year.
