It's an M1 withe a slab sided turret! Makes a great target! Sloped sides were developed during WWII by the Germans and Soviets. All the really good MBT's have sloped armor! Unless it's armor can stop EVERYTHING, I wouldn't start crowing that it's the best in the world!

Saying one tank is a copy of another tank, is like saying: The F-22 is a copy like an Eurofighter, because both have wings and dual engines.
There isn't much you can do about the design on Tanks. The main differences are INSIDE and are not visible.
