  • why does it look pukey?

  • You can also cook it for it to be deliciouser.

  • uuum I dont think so.

  • this isn't salsa

  • You gotta toast every ingredient foo

  • What better way to make salsa than with your own fresh veggies and herbs. Its called The Bucket Garden! I have one in my back yard and love it!

  • he seems unsure about everything lmfao

  • literally this looks ilke throwup!

  • that looks like throw up

  • il looks manky!!

  • Comes out much better if you hand chop,

  • prolly tastes good but looks like throw-up...

  • Looks like cat vomit

  • THIS SHIT LOOKS GROSSER THAN A DIRTY ASSHOLE!

  • why he say holla peenyo?

  • White people always say holla peeyo its jala pehnyo bitches!

  • it looks disgusting

  • How are two tomatoes several?

  • I add 5 tablespoons of vinegar and a teaspoon of cayenne pepper also I put 5 tablespoons of cold pressed extra virgin olive oil.. add these 3 things to what he just made and it will taste much better.

  • I'm Hispanic, and not exactly crazy about this recipe. For one I would never seed the jalapenos, the poor things simply do not have any heat - take out the seeds and you'd never know they were in there. Secondly, and prolly most importanly, the blender is a bad idea (imo). I prefer the food processor, and yes there is a difference. Blenders tend to make slasa too frothy - looks more like a mousse.

  • @3puttdog Haha I gotta try it your way! I also can't stand onions... so obviously there's more than one way to make salsa.. but I don't think he made this video in a way that he was saying that this was the only way. Anyways Mmm FRESH vegetables for healthy snack! :)

  • geez If I want to learn to bark I am not going to go ask a cat for intructions

  • u sound like a pedophile. lol

  • @craptardmonkeydog how would you know what a pedophile sounds like???.......you have either been molested by a ped or you are a ped......if you were molested, you aound awfully happy lol'ing about it.

  • @hadadat1 sadly. i hav been molested........lol

  • you should use the slapchop instead of the blender

  • so what cat puked in the bowl/

  • @jilijub Definitely no vinegar. :)

  • hi im mexican, we said TACO to all the things that we can put in the TORTILLA foor example taco of chicharon, res, eggs, tripa, etc we have around 110 tacos differents but if you like the mexican food the principal is chilies a lot of chilies some people in mexico eat the chilie SERRANO alone if a salsa are more hot is best

  • @sandmanatlc yeah i know i meant mexican sorry i wasn't very specific.

  • @TheDoctoRxx4 True I am Spanish I make the best salsa.

  • @TheDoctoRxx4 mexican...MEXICAN!!!

  • @starryian007

    Silantro is an Herb

    Corriander is a spice.

  • @JESSiCAAAMARiEE Cilantro you mean?

  • @JESSiCAAAMARiEE

    true.

but i think he's just confused or had not read the labels at the supermarkets. lol.

well , Cilantro is also known as Corriander Leaves or Chinese Parsley - depending where you are from.

    Corriander Seeds - Spice.

    Corriander Leaves - Herb.

  • some SHIT >>>> IN THE BLENDER !!

  • i just made some it is great

  • can you put spices in the salsa like paprika or something fancy like that?

  • hehe your counter matches your salsa :L

  • nice sperm tomatoes?

  • @thornz44 thats what i heard too O.o

  • that looks disgusting the blender gets rid of all of the contrasting colours and turns the texture into a gruel....

  • Yummy I made this and it tasted so good yumo lol just like Rachel Ray says

  • I didn't know mario could make salsa.

  • By 'Cilantro' I take it you mean 'Coriander'?

Looks delicious. I will attempt to make this :-)

    Thanks for posting!

  • add lot chocolate for better flavor hahahahahah

  • ewwww it loooks like a diaria not like a salsa....khkhkhkh

  • 2:01 several tomatoes? he only had two. hahaha silly old man

  • i added bannana peppers, red peppers, green peppers, and purple peppers to my mix, left out the lime and garlic and boy its good and has a nice bite!

  • Sorry but the seed is not what makes a pepper hot it's the white part on the inside of any pepper that gives it heat.

  • several tomatoes? you mean to

  • IS the table made out of salsa too lol it blends in at the end. Thanks for the recipe.

  • what a boring dude!!!!

  • Loved your Video !

  • I love how your salsa simply blends into the background! I suggest you name it "chameleon salsa" :D

  • leave the seeds if u want a hot salsa the seeds are what makes the peper hot

  • @111kickass It's not the seed that makes a pepper hot. It's the white part inside of any pepper that gives it heat.

  • Made some salsa like this but without the onion or cilantro

    1 tablespoon garlic

    2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 fatali pepper (hottest pepper in the world.)

    2 cans of diced tomatoes

    teaspoon of sea salt

a little bit of fajita seasoning.

    Turned out great!

  • Your Salsa looks bad and I fell asleep during your video

  • if u want it more spicy keep the entie peper including the seeds just throw out the stem

  • I agree with Slapshot, looks a bit like cat vomit, when u boil it, that helps to bring the tomato back, so it's not foamy from the over blending that he did. If it looks better when left over night then why not show that instead of this mulch. Iam sure it tastes great but not very presentable. Good vid though.

  • If you boil this after you blend it the salsa will no longer look like vomit and it will look like salsa you get at a restaurant.

too much cilantro and onion in this recipe. Add some tomato paste to thicken it up.

  • i am amazed how rude people are, I think its cool.

  • in the mexican restaurants they use COTIJA CHEESE. It's from a brand called CACIQUE! This recipe actually looks quite delicious. I made some chili with pork. By the way i'm mexican. You should try it some time. Any questions don't bother to ask=]

  • To those of you who say this "looks disgusting". If you'd try the recipe (I make my salsa exactly the same way) you'll find that the white coloration of the blended ingredients will fade as the air bubbles are released.

You need to let this sit overnight as others have said for the best look AND taste.

The suggestion to lightly blend rather than puree is a good one, but it's purely personal preference.

Kudos to the chef, this is good old California salsa at it's best.

  • You have the ingredients down. I would suggest a HUGE tip, though. You want to gently blend the ingredients, not puree them. Leave all of the ingredients somewhat chunky. Pulse the blender, or buy a mortar/pestle (a bit more work, but WAY worth it). I am sure your salsa tastes great, but the consistency freaks me out.

  • Looks freakin' delish!!!

  • with all the respect sir, you need to go to mexico and travel not in restaurant but home made staff or the small street business. learn from rick bayless not some fancy school.

  • no salsa should be eaten right away,it should marry overnight to get the real flavor.

  • ive just tried this and it is deeeeeeeelicious!!!!!

  • look good!! thanks i'm so going to try this.

  • try serrano's along with jalapenos and white onion. I would suggest NOT pureeing, looks more authentic and tastes better when they're married together in a bowl. U want the flavors retaining their own balanced flavor while coming together. Looks like typical excess food, just scarf it down.

  • dude wtf??

    l

  • I'm sure it would taste delicious as it's the same ingredients as any old tomato salsa.

But they say the first bite is with the eye, and it looks pretty disgusting... :(

Just finely slicing everything looks far more appealing than totally blending it all.

  • Looks disgusting

  • I have never seen a salsa that looked like that ... horrible. How unappetizing.

  • im sorry but thats not salsa thats ketchup with cilantro lol ketchup looks better just stick to ur meatloaf plz

  • its actually nice-ferm tomatoes. But sperm tomatoes sounds funny.

  • This looks disgusting? He should have used a food processor or something and not pulverized the hell out of the tomatoes.

  • LMAO!!!

    Did he say sperm tomatoes?

  • looks good , wheres the cheese dip? what kind of cheese do they use in the mexican rest.?

  • Super, thanks111!!!

  • i agree that shit looks like barf right after a long night of drinking...

  • i love how u moleste the cilontro haha
