@mephesh Your blaming God for what men do. Circumcision back in the days of Abraham helped for hygiene purposes and they never did it to women. Women and men shouldn't be circumcised anymore because we have all the facilities to help with hygiene. Female genital mutilation is prevelant in Africa and has no basis in Christian belief, it's a right of becoming a women. And Yaweh is real I am sorry you haven't met him yet.

Guys don't suffer pain from it and to be honest- in the case of a man it is cleaner because the foreskin traps urine and bacteria... and if you live in a sandy area like the desert, sand can get trapped in there also making it quite painful for the guy.

It is primarily a cultural practice, that is understood, but some religions do include FGM as part of their religious ceremony's and practices.
