It shows a good depiction of sharing knowledge, input, helping each other out, slight frustration amongst the group but the willingness to identify problems, discuss and move forward to achieve common goals and work amicably. Great brainstorming too. Would like to see any other videos you have on this topic! I am interested in high performance teams from being in a number of management / leadership roles. Cheers.
