loving these. we had a racoon we raised from infancy but had to set her free after a year due to her overwhelming wildness. Thankfully we kept her in an environment outside. Her departure to the woods was less shocking but we hope she adapted.

I've dealt with orphan raccoons before, and even if they're tried to convince me that they're going to die of hunger, the first thing they usually did when actually receiving their food was to smear it on their siblings and paint the cage walls.
