I saw this video around two weeks ago, and since then i have been practicing very hard and have picked up the whole thing, thanks to your interpretation of this song. thank you for awaking my interest in playing classical guitar again.
I stumbled across this song in an old classical guitar book I have. After looking it up on youtube I came across your performance. It is beautiful. You posses all the warmness and sensitivity that this song requires. Thank you and keep playing!
there is alot to be said for these pieces. you play it with touch and feel and emotion. i would rather listen to this than some of the 'warhorse' traditional stuff. some great pieces exist in the barrios rep. 1 page pieces. and brouwer has preludes that when played together is one nice composition. keep playing and you don't need to apologize to anyone!
Robicool: Tarrega in general is difficult if you don't have the musical sensibility to interpret his music. This piece technically speaking is not as difficult as it seems but it has its challenge.
Cheers McBaldan! It's a nice interpretation but I think you can improve the 'più mosso' part.
Played beautifully. I would suggest doing a grace note at the beginning of the A section. The grace note on C natural 2nd string, sliding up to the E. Just a suggestion, some transcriptions have this and I think it adds a beautiful touch, as well as helps the transition into back into the A section the second time. Anyway, keep up the good work!
you played this very well, i definetly felt it. the only errors were probably the string squeeks (not that big of a deal) but your info is right: all pieces are difficult to play well. everyone overlooks the slow, calm pieces, yet those are the ones that really capture the guitar's beauty
beautiful sound that fits perfectly to tárrega's romantic style. there's - as far as i can hear -only one problem: to many left hand noises on the d string. if you manage to work on that, your interpretation would be almost perfect
hey u know after hearing u play this it reminds me I used to play all these pieces.. once upon a time :) now I'm going to start again thnx for inspiring me
About your comment on the 14th fret: could it be that when you need to jump quickly to that note, you also "push" it towards the soundhole making the note lower, and then need to compensate by bending (making it higher)?

Very nice performance. I think you have done a great job with the dynamics here. I like that you didn't make the middle section too fast. Steve.

Napoleon'un dedigi gibi, "vitesse, vitesse, vitesse". Yetenegin essiz.... Evrensel olculere tasimak gerekli... Turkiye'nin senin gibi aydinlik insanlara, sanatcilara gereksinimi buyuk...
