  • I have the pleasure to know Tim Mikeska and his wonderful family and glad to see them on the TC. He is an incredible chef and he carries on a distinguished family tradition. If you didn't have the honor of knowing his father Rudy, get to know Tim since they are one in the same. Their catering company is the best in Texas.

  • Thanks to whoever posted this. I missed this episode and then tried again but the DVR messed up. I order from Tim Mikeska's online site and find it the best I have ever had. Brisket, ribs and especially his homemade sausage is to die for. Never thought about BBQing sweetbreads? Would love to try those and also those lamb ribs looked very good. Beautiful ranch they have there also. What do you think that fireplace on the patio cost them ?

  • This is so..so..so cool. I am a big fan of Tim Mikeska with Mikeska's BBQ in Texas. I love his Texas Hot Sausage he serves at Smoque BBQ in Chicago and recently had his BBQ Brisket and Ribs at the Silverton Casino Hotel in Las Vegas. Also loved his show on the Food Network with Bobby Flay. He's an amazing man!
