  • I love your videos for weight loss it helps me get motivated!! Thank you for your videos I watch them about every day already lol but you are right about the not to rush into it. But for me on weight loss I don't count my calories to me it's common sense eat healthy, portion control, just pick the good decisions and I have been doing good I just started and I already lost 2Ibs I know it isn't a lot but it is working for me.

  • I am very excited to hear this...I'll never forget your advice...one thing tho, i don't like excercie..i never excercice in my life but was always thin...now after my two babies and staying home eating and doing nothing...the weight keep creeping up...I weight 70.2kg for 1.73 m...my belly bulge in front and i am going size 14.

    I have to change my lifestyle altogether and get active and change the food I eat...

    Somehow, being at home with the kids have made me lazy.

  • uklili13, I have a top 5 of "getting started", and they are:

    1) Eat a High Fiber Breakfast (9g of Fiber or more). Fiber keeps you full longer.

    2) Stop Drinking ALL Calories. All calories consumed needs to come from Food. Switch to calorie-free drinks.

    3) Get Moving, just do 30 minutes a day of something. Walking is all it takes to get started

    4) Stay Hydrated. Drink six 8oz. glasses of water per day.

    5) Take a Multi-vitamin supplement. I recommend Men/Women's One-A-Day.

  • 6) listen to snoop dogg.

  • It's not about the finish line, it's about the journey that got you there! Going slow and changing one thing at a time is the best way to go. It works. One change can make you feel so much better and helps you move on to the next thing. I agree with you. I would say how much I have lost from doing this but I hate bragging about myself. But it does work!! I am not near goal yet but I am about halfway there!

  • I have pizza maybe a couple of times a month, but I almost NEVER order it to my house anymore... I'll have it when I'm out, but if I order a whole pizza at home I'll eat the whole thing... and even if I spread it out over like 3 days, it's still TOO MUCH PIZZA for my standards :D
