  • i have more than way more than 400g of carbs every single day, lol his limit is 40. i have no limit for carbs. i think 40g should be a limit when it comes to fat.^^

  • Not to be negative..at all, because it looks like you're cookin' some great meals, but this diet would KILL a cancer patient.. just a fyi. I like to base my diet on what a cancer patient would eat (well, i am one) because it's like a preventation from cancer.. low carbs is good for that, but all that meat protein would make cancer grow like crazy.

  • Low Carb Diets make ZERO sense.

    Every cell in the human body runs on simple sugars = Carbs (*best source is ripe fruit).

    When u don't feed your body the opitmal quantity of nutriets (carbs) that it was designed for, your body is constantly in a state of dietary stress trying to convert a chicken breast into sugars. When your body has to go through that complicated digestive process, it takes away energy and healing from other areas of your body. Your entire health lies in your digestive tract.

  • @george4title Paleo Keto diets are not necessary. The reason it is working for you is because you are more likely eating into a calorie deficit this way. Obviously vegetables, soups, fatty foods and proteins are either more satiable or have a greater thermic effect. ANY FOOD can fit into a healthy diet. If you track your calorie intake and weight to find your TDEE you will just as easily lose fat while eating potatoes, white rice, and even pop tarts. All this assuming an active lifestyle

  • you must be the worst cook i have every seen.who puts a cold steak in a cold pan and brings it up to temputure ? why are you doing these food logs anyway ? mayo and sour cream in everything isnt to great for ya,but then again there isnt to much thats good these days.instead of boiling the spinach in beef broth,saute it in olive oil and garlic with salt and pepper.by the way your body need some salt.

  • @george4vlogging Dude you do realize that your body NEEDS carbs right? Key is to eat fast burning carbs BEFORE a vigorous workout, 100g per day of carbs is fine, look up the channel twinmuscleworkout they will lead you in the right direction.
