ouch! that's gotta hurt! at tryouts i spiked the ball and in the drill we had to transition backwards and while doing it i sprained my ankle and flopped on the ground then got up, kept running, slid over a ball and my partner almost tripped over me! lol! 2 flops! i made the team and i still have to wear an ankle brace!
