NEODD is North "and" East (360 degrees to 179 degrees) and are Odd altitudes, hence NEODD. SWEVEN are South "and" East (180 degrees to 359 degrees) and are even altitudes.
Great job the first letter C I think is Clearance Limit but correct me if im wrong and also there will probably we a SID or (Standard Instrument Departure) before the actual route which is in the R route too. Good job man keep makeing videos!

How come you didn't state who you are (e.g. Westchester Clearance)or the SID (e.g. Westchester 3 Departure)?

@smacman68 The X-ray or Lima can be any letter and lets the controller know that the pilot has listened to the current ATIS information.

what if you want ifr but theirs no clearance delivery or tower at your airport who will give you your routing?

@LockerzUnlocked you file a flight plan with the APP controller but there will always be a tower controller unless its a class E airport
