Wel, its bcoz they thought that they're listening to a pre-recorded song, so they didn't bother to look at her. Or maybe, they thought that she's juz another singer on stage. But, true fact she WAS singing live as you could hear the inhaling sound and the pronounciation on the words being picked up by the mic. I wished that I was there too, closing my eyes and ears focusing juz only her angelic voice.

If you listen to the original song, it's meant to sound airy and dreamy... honestly this song deserves to win!

It has cultural malay musical instruments and I don't think songs nowadays have this element since songs only have western orchestral or guitars and drums.. This instruments fits the show perfectly too since the show is about the baba and nyonya culture.. People are forgetting their roots, this song i suppose can remind ppl abt their ancestors and traditions..

Hmm... Being airy also quite unique. It's asian's style and is nicer than deep singing sometimes depending on the melody. Her voice fits perfectly for the melody. It would sound weird if someone sings it with deep voice for a high melody. Omg this song is nice!!
