  • i hate this exercise... because it hurts so good!!!

  • I try and bring it slightly higher than shoulder level and keep my little finger higher than the rest of my hand, so much more of a burn.

  • 0:26 orgasm

  • Do upright rows instead. Compounds please

  • The main thing wrong with this is the leaning back at the top of the exercise, hence the front delts are taking over. Lean at a 10 degree forward angle at all times, and then try it.

  • @ytcf71 if you lean forward won't your rear delts take over?

and by the way what happens if I raise the dumbells higher. i've seen Arnold and other body builders raising the dumbells a lot higher in this exercise

  • @CIarKent Not at 10 degrees. You work the rear of your side delt more. If you raise the dumblell higher than horizontal the traps take over.

  • @scar504 no

  • poor form

  • is 25lbs/10-8 reps good for 16 years old? not trying to show off or anything i just want to know...

  • @scar504 its ok if your duin them in proper form

  • @scar504 quit trying to show off fag

  • masturabte on cam

  • I can only do these one at a time, is taht alright? Or bad?

  • @j7512 Thats fine actually I do the majority of my shoulder work one side at a time. It allows for much more control and form IMO.

  • @adamra187 Yeah I found that out too! More control and form is better than more reps any day.

  • Whats an execise for the opposite of this motion

  • nice back =)

  • most worthless exercise ever.

  • from experience, hes working his traps more than his actual shoulder

  • I always thought this does shoulders.

Can someone please verify that this does your lats?

  • @ne1l007 this mainly works on your shoulders but sometimes my traps and lats get sore.

  • @TurtLePimpin traps get sore because you're doing it wrong, maybe too much weight, that's very common.

  • @TurtLePimpin nah i was doing them like this guy with weights ranging from 15-25. Wasnt perfect, but was far from wrong. I'm just glad im getting results :-)

If you think about (or look at this video) , your traps are some what involved in the movement.

  • @TurtLePimpin do you take the weight a bit past parallel because that can engage the traps a bit

  • @samauripizzacats101 yup :-) i missed that cartoon show

  • @samauripizzacats101 lol thanks. I get that all the time which i didn't expect when i made the account

  • I use 7 lbs. Any more and I end up aggravating fascial tissue. It helps to sit on a stability ball as well to keep form in mind.

  • One dude at my gym makes me gringe when he does this, he just uses momentum and swings them up and down like a noob without form. I tried telling him to drop down a few kilos so he can do it properly and with form and see some results for a change and he WTFBBQ flipped out at me lmao. One day I swear they will fly out of his hands and hit someone while he is doing it.

  • What we don't see, is the cameraman's erection. "Come on Josh."

  • Comment removed

  • @Tool2525

    cameraman isn't the only one...

  • How heavy, 20's?

  • This is goo form

  • @purelymma Yeah, it´s like the first time is see someone using a VERY good form here on YT. Keep it up man! :)

  • LOL

  • how much weight is that? His form looked pretty solid...thats my biggest problem..I wanna stack weight on and my form suffers

  • @TheNyghtShyft

Looks like he's using 20's or maybe slightly higher. YOu're right his form was pretty good, but his torso was still moving a bit, you want to keep your head and torso erect the entire time. As far as moving up on this excercise, just keep pushing..do 10's then 15's and then 20's.. each time try to do more reps and when you can do about 10 comfortably at 20 go up in weight.

  • sweet form. i literally cannot watch people TRYING to do these in my gym. i swear im the only person who does them with good form. every other person seems to go way above horizontal or use a a pathetic ROM because they are ego lifting with heavy weights or swinging or having the wrist higher than the elbows. watch and learn fucking noob lifters!

  • with regards to working out with no shirt, I think, hey as vain as it may be, (I personally wouldnt in my home gym, it would be pretty odd), it does help to motivate you, if you look at yourself. If it makes him work harder to acheive the look he wants, then kudos to him

  • thanks bro. My shoulders have fibers that are well defined but the inner part when i do that similar motion is empty as hell. I was really looking for a great compound feewieght to fill that up. great inner shoulders

  • I think 180patrick is haveing sexual realations with josh.

  • I usually leave my shirt on, but take my pants off.

  • @jgq85 LOL

  • @jgq85 lol

  • @jgq85 i lift butt-ass naked

  • whenever i see a workout video there are always people saying stuff like...

o mai gawd mann yur phorm iz all rong. u blink 2 much wen u lift n yur arm iz bending wen its not supose 2. yur dum fuk u. u suk n yur week

  • put some fucking clothes on.

  • You put some clothes on, you nitwit. If he likes to workout without a shirt so he can watch his form better, why should you care? Perhaps you're jealous because you don't have enough self discipline to work this hard and get these kinds of results?

    Stop being so negative!

  • 1. i was joking

    2. lighten up

    3. i obv. workout myself + have discipline, why else would i be watching this vid?

    4. who are you? and why did u feel the need to defend him?

FYI, those where rhetorical questions, so plz don't reply to me because frankly i cba with you.

    kthnxbaiiii

  • Well, I'll comment back, but you're not obligated to reply.

Anyway, not that it matters, but I don't know him at all.

I just don't like it when people curse at and make fun of someone behind the safety of their computer screen. I bet you wouldn't do that right to his face, because it's not funny.

  • @180Patrick360 Sour grapes.

  • I usually take my shirt off when I workout so that it doesnt stick to me while I workout. It helps you focus better. Btw, I'm not ripped at all so I don't do it so I can admire myself. Lol.

  • i hate ppl who work out naked

  • ok this guys form is horrible. Do it like him if you want to look stupid in the gym, you want to hurt yourself, and you want to see no results.

  • from wat i can see he has results.

from wat ur writing, ur aiming for PERFECT form and with that u will gain slower results.

its ok to sacrifice some reps to get in heavy at times.

  • sorry you are wrong. when you have perfect form you actually use less weights and get better results because the muscle group you are targeting is doing all the work. when you use more weights than you can handle you swing your body, thus the muscle is not doing all the work, you are swinging into it. The only reason you can do more weights is because you are swinging and building up momentum. You can also cause problems with torn tendons. My body is flawless and I know what I'm talking about.

  • ronnie coleman 8x mr.olympia, jay cutler, arnold and other all time bodybuilders have flaws. the word flawless can not really be used in this type of sport

  • Obviously you know not what you speak of. Arnold was the master of perfect form, he always had perfect form, infact he invented a lot of excercises body builders use today. My second god is Frank Sepe. Frank Sepe has a flawless body and always has perfect form. You are really annoying, you don't know what you speak of little asian man.

  • well ur entitled to ur opinion of frank sepe's 'flawless body' and 'perfect form'

my opinion of his barbell squat video, his stance could be wider, i just proved his form is not so perfect. thats my opinion.

u are really annoying, u dont kno wat u speak of little mexican jose.

  • LOL LOL LOL "SAN JOSE" IS A CITY. The second most expensive metropolitan city in the nation behind new york. Google it you idiot. Its silicon valley. San Jose is home to yahoo, google, ebay, intel, amd, oracle, apple. Every CEO lives here. you are so dumb hahahahah. You just proved how poor and stupid you are. And i'm not even mexican . lol lol lol oh you little egg roll

  • yeah he's stupid, but u eventually responded with the same kind of stupidity. chill out.

  • yes, revert to racism when u have no other weapons. ur an idiot. "azsian"?? you should know better.

  • body momentum is ok when you know how to use it an when to use it.

  • what this do to you?

  • finally someone with good form doing weight they can handle

  • Yeah JoooSHHHH! lower that weight you pussy.

  • Yea, swallow your pride and lower the weight and use the CORRECT form. You whole body is bouncing around when you rep.

    Pretty silly...

  • wow that is really lowsy form dude, take it down about 5 or 10 pounds and do the exercise correctly, that is, without using body english

  • Someone answer that phone, dammit!

  • Do you? LOL

  • bit quick those reps

  • I laugh at people who do big weights for lateral raises....half the time they are sloppy form and end up injured in a couple weeks.

  • i've seen that happen so many times

  • FORM is far more important than weight.

  • independent

    i catch you

  • @adamra187 are you saying the weight his is lifting is too heavy? Or just in general

  • @afterthefact15 No his weight is a perfect weight in my oppinion. I was talking about people who walk into the gym have never done a compound lift in thier life and they are swinging the 40 lb DB's doing lat raises.

  • @adamra187 Well depending on which part of the shoulder you are working, lateral raises are technically iso but yeah i agree his form is good thats why i was wondering. When working the smaller muscle groups i prefer Mike Mentzer and Yates's HIT (High Intensity) training.

  • @adamra187 yea the other half the time they have the biggest delts, compared to the skinny faggots doing like 10s with perfect form, right?

  • @GMPro24 Not the people I see they are generally weak noobs who watched Ronnie Coleman swing weights around on youtube then came to the gym thinking it will work for them because a ProBBer did it. I get a kick out of people who are not on roids training like they are and the same people only last 3-5 months in the gym before they are on leave due to injury. See it over and over.

  • C'mon Josh!
