I disagree and agree with you at the same time. The spirit is nothing to make fun of. However He is talking about worship and praising God. It's no one's place to pass judgment Luke 6:37. There will be a day when we are judged and in Matthew 12:31-32 it clearly says that speaking out against (making fun of) the spirit will not be forgiven so if that is indeed what he is doing which I dont think it is. But he will be judge accordingly leave it up to God!
