Make a chain e-mail out of it and send it to everyone you know. E-mail every anti-war protesters, anti-bush protesters, civil liberty groups, political groups you can find, from all over the UK, they have enough time to plan ahead. Maybe get it posted on some of the university forums and aim it at students...get everyone there :-)
