Hey great haul! I thought you got a lot of great things!! Great video! If you are interested in hearing about bargains and sales at drugstores, check out my channel! :-)
I think the synthetic ones you have are for mineral products...could be wrong (thought I saw that on the pkg) but that may explain the bristles being a little more flexible even though I always thought that synthetic brushes were more picking up liquids and creams. who the heck knows...so many rules, types of stuff so little time to use it all right? take care.
Your a drugstore girl, I love you already! I've been around the block with makeup (I'm so much older than you!!!) and I know for a fact that there are good and bad products in all of the different brands... I've used foundations that cost almost 40 bucks (Bobbi Brown to name one) that were complete garbage!
Yeah, I have honestly had more luck with drugstore stuff than the expensive stuff. I was using MAC Studio Fix for awhile (two bottles in a row) and Revlon Colorstay foundation is SO much better. Studio Fix feels like smoothing a layer of castor oil on my face somehow. Blah, you're just paying for a brand name. Other than their eyeshadows, I feel you can find better and cheaper products elsewhere.
I gotta butt in, I learned the hard way too, so I'm a drugstore fan through and through. I like cheap, I like inexpensive believe me there's a difference and us true MU addict know exactly what I mean. Yes, like most I used to get sucked in by pkg. had to stop that. I've been hearing mixed things about MAC for awhile now. when I go to the counter I look I may sample but I may buy more tools than anything else. But you def. have a point. take care.
It's a little sticky, but it doesn't bother me, like when you are talking it doesn't stick in between your lips or anything. It stays on a little longer than a regular thin lipgloss so I think that's why it's a little stickey.

Oh, I know, tell me about it... I tried their Sculpt Foundation... GARBAGE! I did a review on it about a month or so ago.
