Why is it, that every time i find some good technical stuff, there tone always throws me off of them, These guys are great but there distorted tones take some getting use to. Youtube may play some part in in but it seems like alot of technical death metal bands use odd tones

This band could be better then them through musical skill or through innovation of song structure, but saying they will never make a name for themselves is a shitty argument at best.

It has nothing to do with how passionate you are about your music and everything to do with how popular you want to be. Other than that, how else do bands get popular? Luck.
