  • They all do the same. I was fined with $400 in California for running a red light. They are desperate for money!

  • Wow, New York city is a dump.

  • "NYC, Come on Vacation, Leave on Probation!" The new motto in NYC.

They know how to kill tourism, fucking idiots running that show!

  • Why cant people suck my cock in public . . .

  • you voted for this, enjoy

  • how can people stand for this? the oldest lady that was 122 smoked 2 cigarettes every day until she was 96 or some shit! let me smoke my cigs! fucking people just bitch bitch bitch

  • New York City can go to hell... i didn't shed one tear on 9/11

  • The death industries are flourishing worldwide and we are the target. Quit making and selling that poison is the only way to cure mankind. Beside the polution and radiations, junk food, the fact of being under stress from the fracking debt which will never be payed. Is enough to become ill.

  • 'The problem with Socialism is, that eventually someone else's money always runs out."- Margret Thatcher, ex-PM of England

Big centralized government always wants more, more and more even when there's nothing left to give and this is always how they get it...by FORCE or until the brainless Sheeple wake-up and say...NO MORE BIG GOVERNMENT!

Nothing is going to change until the American people realize that big centralized collectivist government is a ravenous beast that must always be fed.

  • FFFFFFUUUUUUCCCCCCKKKKKKKK!!!!!

  • men she hsould be a representative for what smoke does...eww

  • First make money from people buying your product.

Secondly make money from taxing the product more to "encourage" a more healthy lifestyle.

Then make money from fining them as they use it.

And then make even more money of them by raising their life and health insurance.

And at last make money from betting on their life insurance as to when and how (lung cancer) they die...

So many dumb people and so many ways to make money from them.. :D

  • it is very important that we do as they say,we need to bend over,if we dont bend over how can they get the big blue red and white cock being right in our ass?

FUCKING CUNTS WILL ONE DAY MEEET THERE MATCH FOR PUSHING 6 BILLION PEOPLE JUST THAT BIT TO FAR

  • @DeeAnn2010b Ban coffee, soda and candy then. Make sure to add heavy fines and send them to prison. Let's face it fat people do more harm than smokers. Equel rights!

  • you aint seen nothing yet.

in Singapore you get executed for smoking or possessing any amount of marijuana while Alcohol drinkers get full rights to drink and possess as much alcohol as they want.

  • @KripDrip yea that blows, luckily i was born in my shitty country and not that one

  • They make more money from taxing a few wealthy island dwellers than they do with all these petty infractions. This isn't about taking their money, it's about breaking their will.

  • 2:49 ıuıuɐd ɐ ʎnƃ sıɥʇ ʇǝƃ

  • 1:28 uɐɔıɹǝɯɐ ʞooqʇxǝʇ

  • land of the free?

  • people are finally catching on -all they want is your money jersey sucks too

  • The one thing I don't understand in all of this is why the fuck bikers are not allowed to bike on side-walks? Is it just me or is this the dumbest legislation ever passed? Seriously, would you prefer car-on-bike collissions on the main roads instead of harmless bike-on-person on the sidewalks? Making NY streets even more congested with bikers...wow, brilliant fucking idea!

  • @ENJager Have you ever been to New York? The sidewalks in Manhattan could be overflowing with people getting to work, coming out of work, and don't get me started with the tourists! Another thing, just like in Central Park, these bicyclists have these things called "bike lanes."

  • @hungry4hotpockets Yes I have; and so what, the streets aren't overflowing with cars too? Of course they are, both the sidewalks and the roads are crammed full, but that still doesn't make putting bikes on streets less dangerous than putting them on sidewalks; point is, bikes should be on sidewalks, NOT roads, just common sense. Parks are a different story altogether.

  • @ENJager Streets are crammed with cars but things like bike lanes are not accessible to cars: You can see cars bumper to bumper but the bike lanes are empty, unless the driver feels lucky in not getting a ticket. There are places in the city where bicyclists are closer to the sidewalks, have barricades to not allow drivers either in the bike lane or just to prevent them from getting hit.

Too bad this story didn't touch upon the morons who still ride their bikes in the middle of traffic .

  • @hungry4hotpockets Yea, bike lanes are the solution, the only difference is that I think they'd be much better placed on the sidewalks rather than the road. Put them on the outer edge of the sidewalks perhaps for the least contact with pedestrians or vehicles, a happy medium.

  • There is a $199.99 ticket for watching subversive RT channel in the US.

There is a R199.99 ticket for watching subversive FoxNews channel in Russia.

  • They throw their dirty spit filled still smoldering cigarette butts everywhere. They stink up the elevators and sidewalks. They blow their smoke in your face and children's lungs. Now they say don't fine our polluting, if you don't like it make it ilegal. Guess that is what they really want. Smokers are all for enforcing the laws that don't apply to them.

  • ok and they are so concerned with people's health that they pretty much force people to get scanned or groped when they want to fly. That's the hypocritical gov't for us. I'm not surprised, are u?

  • money money money.........there are NO real laws.......just Revenue builders.

  • Welcome to Germany, circa 1940

  • Americans don't know how good you've got it, I live in Australia. I didn't have one 'Practice Driver' plate up (it fell down into the boot of my car) 340$ fine... , i know a friend that got a 700$ for no helmet with his bicycle. you have it pretty sweet if you're stressing over 100-200$ fines.

  • @05soltom Wow! That's insane !

  • Harmful exposure to 2nd hand smoke? "Chemtrails anyone"?? pretty soon you wont be able to talk in public.

  • how about u just follow the law?

    there's an idea

wwwaaaaaaaaaa...my city won't let me illegally park :'((

  • @xtinct2 Because people feel it's an unreasonable law...

  • im an aussie and those laws have been in place here for ages

  • @kiararei yeah...australia definitely takes the cake on anti-smoking laws

  • You can't smoke outside , but forrest fires rage in TX. And yes the smoke from forrest fires will kill you.

  • Government is the new aristocracy extorting us chumps to pay tribute. The people are fed up with these gangsters.

  • Government is evil !

  • THE TIME FOR THE REVOLUTION IS NOW.

  • Cigarette smoke harming you...but spraying chemicals in the air, nuclear radiation, spraying corexit in the gulf, oil all over down there, radiation dumped in the pacific ocean, gmo foods ... is good for you?????? Name of the game? CONTROL

  • 1:27 Ammeeerrriiikkkkaaaa!

  • ha ha - land of the FEE

  • This is all minor amounts compared to singapore. Singapore is much nicer and cleaner big city than new york!

  • If you can't pay for food how can you pay fines.

  • people im dead serious we gotta rebel we need a civil war because we people aint gonna have no rights smoking or anything eles fucking gov spends spends and gives money!! our money to the banks and to big to fails companies whilly they cut back on the people punishing us fuck them !!! fuck are gov im ready for a killing

  • I hope RT got a permit to film there or the might get a ticket.lol

  • NYC is a slave city.. The people there have no rights or freedom to do much exept to eat and shop.. Everything is against the Law there... What a shame for those poor sheeple...

  • New Yorkers, it's up to YOU to take your city back! Can't you see more and more how we are losing our basic rights and freedoms? Get out of your cocoon and wake up and do something about the tyranny all around YOU! I know I am..

  • The fine is a bit too high, $2 may be good enough! Even better, ban cigarettes! I mean it can cause many health problems which raises healthcare costs on everyone else too because many won't be able to pay for the costs by themselves (thus rely on others to pay for it). This is excluding 2nd/3rd hand smoke which some people can't get away from: a child with careless parents who smoke inside the home; living in an apt that is poorly insulated from the bottom apts which have heavy smokers.

  • Wow, cant smoke, but all those busses and cars just spew deadly fumes. Shows where nyc prioritys lie.

  • @makeitallrite11 yup - that was my first tought too! Im sooooo glad I dont have to live there

  • land of the free, LMAO

  • @angelusp777 exactly what i thought yet Americans refuse to believe they live in a police state.

    three words "YES WE CAN"

  • Thats all a scam, out of their pocket.Violation of civil liberties and freedom.Their stealing some more of the public money.

  • ONE WORD - NAZI'S

  • FUCK U SMOKERS TAKE THAT.

  • @Brandan09997 Can't wait until they take away some right you love. So, FUCK YOU TAKE THAT!!!!

  • this is how i'd rebel. give up smokin, dont throw litter, walk everywhere i can. whatever needed not to let them greedy muthas get their hands on my money!

  • clean your government and everything will be fine

  • This is just a sign of things to come. The "Owe"bama Regime (I am a former American who left the USSA) is getting desperate. You are going to see cities across the US take more and more freedoms away from people all in the name of revenue generation. The economy is getting worse by the day. There is no recovery. The Police State will continue to grow and swell taking down America and her freedoms with it. Glad I left the USSA.

  • @msungs I know people who left the U.S. of A. ten years ago. They could see where we were headed even then and so could I. However, my children have been brainwashed and refuse to go with me if I should leave; so here I am. I could write a book about what happened to me for being one of those who choose to remain "out of the loop" but so few read these days, it would be a waste of time. Besides, many great books trying to warn Americans have already been written clearly, to no avail.

  • If you choose to live in that cesspool that's your problem. There's plenty of room out here in the rest of the states....spread the hell out! If you offered me a million bucks a year to live in that city...I would tell you to piss off.

  • It's sad that New York went so far downhill. Talk about the police acting like the Gastapo- they are trying to control everything. It's sick- and Unconstitutional!

  • The government should be illegal.

  • NYC has not been the same since Sept 11, 2001.

  • I'm so glad I live in America!!!! Yeah! Legal robbery!

  • I'm so glad I live in America!!!! Yeah!

  • La cucaracha, la cucaracha,

    Ya no quieres caminar,

    Porque no tienes,

    Porque le falta,

    Marihuana que fumar.

  • It's illegal to get angry too. Then people wonder why some people snap! You got to get attitudes back. And they wonder why the arabs hate our "freedoms." As Celente says, just a matter of time before people have nothing left to lose!

  • @Sugamari

Thank you! I am an arab and thats exactly why I don't like those " freedoms "

I got 3x 45 $ tickets for parking near my house, then the dumbass secretary who takes the money told me that I was lucky I didn't get my car towed....

I almost got arrested for having my hands in my pocket while the judge was speaking to me.

  • I, the emperor, suggest, that is complied with the Arabic Socialistic Union's wish and that there is indeed employed a review in the Security Council, at which is publicly critically investigated, whether or not the states, in which the influence of the keepers of the power in the modern democratic society is very large, have acted outside the mandate from the United Nations. We already know the answer on that question of course, but since we are alike approached, let us give them this back.

  • This is a prefect example of Neo-con-Liberalism or more correctly: Collectivism in action. Big (Brother) centralized government social engineers 'forcing' it's Authoritarian i.e, Totalitarian Utopian - police-state control-grid on citizens with-out any regard for the Constitutional rights of We The People.

This is how Collectivism = Totalitarianism is instigated, by attacking personal liberties one small piece at a time until ALL rights become a " privilege" granted or expunged by Big Brother.

  • Fuck, in NYC only cust $115 for driving on bus lane? In San Francisco it cost me $179 for just changing lane from Bus lane to Second Lane note even 20 second on the bus lane. and if you park on the meter u better becareful, SFPD really get on your ass all min. The police on bike, motorcycle, car and walk Their job is to give out as much ticket as they possibly could. They dont' care about make sure you are safe anymore. FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

  • These city workers need their pension funds.

  • Wow Americans I think it's time you guys GTFO outta your country, that place sucks anyways :)

  • States want our money and they will steal it from us legally. America has become a shithole. It is not the America I grew up in. It is gone forever.

  • America has become a police state.

  • @puffrooster it's worse than a police state in new york, you lose your rights and your pocketbook

  • @KungFuTroll - Up until last year, I drove long haul from N.W. Canada to Chicago, then New Jersey, New York, Maryland, etc, delivering tractor parts and I just quit without notice. Honestly, I don't know how you guys can handle living in that part of the world; even the police are your enemies, nobody says hello or thank you, everyone just shouts at you, nobody smiles... the negative atmosphere was so thick you could almost breath it.

  • They were attacking people with police dogs and fire hoses and killing students on college campuses in the 60's and 70's and now you are worried about being fined for smoking in the children's playground in the park?????@puffrooster

  • @samnyc2 well no, I'm not worried about it at all, I just don't go there. And those incidents your speaking about were few and far inbetween; isolated incidents that happend during peacefull protests. This legal mugging is happening hundreds, possibly thousands of times daily; it is not the same thing...

  • "police state" = parking tickets LOL @puffrooster

  • just pull a gun on them and take their pocketbooks, it's much easier that way, legalized robbery

  • Burners from the Ukraine $2.50 pack shipped. It's not enough for

the blowhole states to SIN tax burners and blow the tax money on

everything other than the health services that were intended to be

    provided .

  • Pay up sucker, Bloomberg's rent boys need new shoes!

  • i moved out of that shithole city years ago

  • Prisoner training.

  • hmm that sucks. its getting like this in my country too. fines and taxes just almost everything imaginable

  • Really? I totally support the smoking bann here. And I'd add a fine to those who throw their filthy butts on the sidewalk, littering the front of the church daily, especially on the weekends (we have to sweep it up all the time). Cyclists are traffic, not pedestrians, and they are a HAZARD to pedestrians. I've never been fined or anything in 30 years, and i ride a bike too

. RTV has no credibility anyway, IMO, just an anti-US (and Georgian) axe to grind.

  • In Toronto it's almost the same situation. you will be fined if caught riding the bicycle on sidewalk, you will be fined if caught playing soccer or anything else in a school that u don't go to ( even when the school is empty during the summer). you will be fined if caught parking ur bicycle on the sidewalk and so on and on......

  • All I have to say is I'm sure glad I don't live in NYC.

  • I don't understand why NYC is going to take away its citizens right to smoke. I believe that is going way to far.

  • Because it stinks, dirty cigarette butts everywhere and it causes lung cancer. Now do you understand? @1954phyllis

  • @samnyc2 Yes it stinks, and cigarette butts everywhere doesn't look good. It also causes lung cancer. But liquor by the drink wrecks homes and lives but I dont see a major outcry about that problem, in fact it is welcomed with open arms. Sounds like hypocrisy to me.

  • Alcohol is taxed, drinkers carded and drunk drivers arrested. They are just saying you can't smoke in the park where children play, the same thing goes for drinking - duh....@1954phyllis

  • This is not the American way it is the communist way. Go to Hell you bastards who are nothing but a cloaked attack against Americans and it is a form of treason. The Americans better changed their government the 1776 way!

  • what a farce

  • All of this coming from the largest polluter in the world, your government. They are chem trailing us on a daily bases but smoking is a no no.

  • @cchessmaster The "conservatives" had to find some way to poison us after the "liberals" protected us from cancerous second hand smoke.

  • We need a violent revolt.

Start killing cops and judges and politicians or this stuff will only get worse.

  • lol.. silly NY... there is no end to the tyrannical rape you will accept.

I left and damn glad I did.

  • $500,000 in profit?

    Average parking ticket writer wage $10.50 an hour and 100 (extremely conservative estimates) writers = 10,050 for all an hour X 8 hours = 80,050. $500,000 - 80,050 = 419,950.

Not included: Time lost in wages and gasoline to drive to court, cost of court wages for employees, judges, security etc.

that money could have gone to helping our economy, oh wait everything made in china... yeah we're screwed.

  • Amerikanin poxu chixib

  • Marijuana should be legal

  • @calmingspeed you tokers could do a million man w/munchie march if you could remember to show up!

  • Being addicted to nicotine is not freedom

  • @quicksandr Keep fuckin that chicken...

  • MASTERBATION MUST ONLY BE DONE WITH A PERMIT !

    LMAO !

  • THIS IS SO FUCKING SAD, THATS WHY I MOVED FROM THERE ! COME TO GEORGIA, SMOKE A LUNG DOWN HERE ! LOL

  • It's happening everywhere. It's happening in europe as well and i mean in every european country. From south to north. I'm so sick of it. But most people don't seem to care. They don't say anything and just take it. They will care when it will be to late to do something.

  • ask yourself when it became the american way to take it up the butt and now ask yourself why your takeing it and not standing up for your freedom, now wander why texting and watching tv is more important to you and you will actualy see why this is now your way of life

  • Make no mistake about it alcohol and ciggaretts are the number one slow killer in america and around the world. Some people suffer for years with illnesess. My pastor had said some to me that really impressed me. That he is held acountable for my soul to God. Our Priest in america are held to a higher standered than around the world. To try to save people from the devil ways. Its not ok to look the other way. Our children need hug not drugs. It all start by what the parents do children immitate.

  • @robertus911 The problem with this kind of laws is that the fine are getting rediculous high. The spirit of the law is good but the penalty of the law is ridiculous.

  • well smoking is pretty bad for you.

  • @SuperUncleruckus That is not the point, W HAVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE THAT CHOICE ! Sad & Sick, Next SEX WILL BE BAD ! EVEN WITH YOUR WIFE ! LOL

  • @ZSTUDIES yes, there should be freedom, but there is a problem with second hand smoke, especially in New York. The day they make smoke filters in house's and condo rooms will be the day we're all happy lol.

  • NAZI GERMANY REARS ITS UGLY HORNED HEAD

  • OOH NOO! It's the so called "Comunism" that so many americans feared. Celente's always right, it's just a way to take some more money out of people, or else they would have also to forbid...guess what....CARS!?!....that's right they polute more than cigarretes.

  • KILL THEM ALL, THE LEADERS HAVE BROUGHT ON THEIR OWN DEMISE!!!!!!!!

  • Don't worry, this system is on the way out, people won't take it for very much longer, that's a guarantee.

  • muhahahaha cant even take TRASH for free these days...

  • Props to the lady that grows her own.

  • @urajokeass Fa real!

  • american police state into action

  • Ya'll haven't seen shit yet. Private prisons for profit are already real, and here. The new economy will be prison based. With WONDERFUL and exiting t.v. shows in the vein of Cops combined with The Running Man, 1984 x10, Brave New World, etc.....

  • do not worry about the state financial tax they dont wanna actually collect on that

  • Stay home starve the beast

  • It is crazy how they say they are banning smoking in public areas because it is harmful to people who breathe the second hand smoke.

Last time i checked there weren't too many electric cars in NYC.....

  • You are right -- let's ban gas cars. @BassGoesBoom1

  • Its called CONDITIONING. The more you are willing to take the more they will try to get away with.

  • @ARBuilder1776 All this ... coming to a state near YOU...!!! It Is you know..!!!

  • amerikka- free country and u cant smoke. russia - not and u can smoke.

  • How else are you going to finance a left wing nanny state with a massive government payroll and a growing welfare class whos entire existance is dependant upon state aid?

  • @MunchyMcNipples Give tax cuts to companies that create jobs in the U.S. and do not send them overseas and fine companies that do not pay billions in taxes every year including the wealthy, Also we can stop paying the Federal Reserve to print american dollars with interest since they give our tax dollars to foreign banks and have no connection to our government. Also stop giving Israel billions every year tax free. Also we can shut down half of our empire worldwide that would be a good start.

  • @Raul8Harvey8 I agree in principle,,,unfortunately the middle class havent seen much benefit from the tax cuts as the Dow is up thousands over the last few years but wages are stagnant,,if not declining,,and unemployment wont budge,,That coupled that with increased spending/big gov is killing us. History shows that when our middle class prospers our nation prospers and right now our middle class is on life support with both parties seemingly eager to pull the plug.

  • @MunchyMcNipples Your right but I was saying to give tax cuts to companies that create jobs in the U.S. and not overseas and then hopefully they will use that extra money to build their company and raise wages and benefits for their employees.

  • @MunchyMcNipples

Thank you for having an intelligent comment instead of the ignorant shit that people talk about on here. And the upper class wants to the lower class to keep killing eachother off in the streets, and the middle class to keep slave working to support "their" quest for global domination. It's easy folks, open your eyes America and the rest of the world before its too late.

  • NYC will soon be begging its residents to stay when their population drops significantly, many new yorkers want to leave because the city does not use any of the money to better the state and the overcrowded 5 boroughs. In the case of the debt this country will just switch currencies and poof there goes 14 trillion.

  • My Husband died of Lung Cancer at 39 just QUIT !!!

  • As a formal smoker I was always aware of what a rude behavior my smoking was to others. Which is why I always tried to smoke away from other people or would politely ask "do you mind if I smoke?". Peoples freedoms are being taken away but I have no sympathy for the smoking portion of this story.. I have now been smoke free for more then a year now.. : )

  • @markerf16 High horse much?

  • The US Gov should fine itself a trillion dollars a day for the mass murders involving illegal wars all around the globe. This way New Yorkers wouldn't have to worry about a Sunday bike ride while smoking - my goodness the horror in that!?

  • its bin like this in Australia for years

  • ameria has no freedom wake up

  • >america

    >freedom

    Pick one.

  • the usa has 14,000,000 T debt and it is geting biger by the day

  • I guess the smokers have to jump through more hoops to keep their habit.

    good.

  • @Banez1991 Thx Dad.

  • @Banez1991 You can have your freedom.....as long as I pre-approve it..

  • The pollution from automobiles while I lived in NYC for 17 years was equivalent to a pack a day. No more cars in town? Not likely -- they are ticketed, so produce revenues. Many of us in France, where I live now, roll our own and organic ready-mades are easy to get and cost no more. We produce most of our own tobacco in France, too. It can definitely be grown at home and used there, just not sold. Good video. Crazy world.

  • There is a way to use energy well, but it's generally banned. It is as if: When you found a sure cure for general bad health it would be banned. Because it would hurt the status quo. We actually have a sure fire cure for energy shortage that we are generally led to believe "does not exist"; mostly becaue it is sequestered or kept from view. It does exist, and is called "heat capture, storage, and use" It's not done because it will destroy the centraization method.

  • With a debt of 14,000 BILLION dollars what did you expect?

  • /QOli98fgBP0

  • BTW, I was just fined 259 dollars for speeding here in fla, i WENT STRAIGHT TO TGHE CLERK OF THE COURT AND ASKED TO SEE the public records for the clerk of the court told them HOW I AM SICK OF the profiteering off of the people for "OUR SAFETY" and demanded to see the city's public records to track where their money is going. The hot girls in the office applauded my anger (they know this money is going into slush funds and judge's pensions) (Still have to go over the PDF files)

  • Prisons are very profitable.

    This one is without bars.

    Welcome to the new economy.

    Don't you like progress?

  • @thecreammaster1 several yrs ago I read each prisoner cost 45k a year and our money has lost lots of value sinbce then I'm sure it's a lot more now. Also, in prison they put the good prisoners to work in slave factories for 17 cents an hour. check out prison industries in america . You'll be disgusted. Just search engine it.

  • @hijackednation try 1 aus doller to 1.09 us doller today

  • Cool

  • The NAZIS were anti smoking nuts too.
