I work with a guy that is Ex US Marine Force Recon and he worked with the SAS in some drills. He said and I quote "those SAS are fucking nuts" and he could not stop talking about them (all good things of course). Peace...

There's a lot of bullshit being spread about the Afghanistan war. Here's a little info:
1. When Russia invaded it was there for 8 years and didn't win.
2. The west invaded in October 2001. Next month that's 7 years.
3. There is no sign of winning this war. Or even ending it.
4. The only people who are making money out of this are the arms companies.
The Royal Marines are doing a bad job (see point 3).
The RM are basically a load of crap. Big down the pub and that's it.
