Prophet was revealed to Follow Ibrahim in Surat Nisa Ayat 125, and this was revealed after Hijra 3rd year. Whereas Prophet's Uncle demise occurred much before it. so living with Uncle (Not Muslim) should not be botheration for Prophet at that time.
