Wow, that was really good! And I'm sure, because this was 11 mins and I've had to cut down films too, that this is the "bad" version to you. Awesome job, the only thing that I wasn't into (and this is TOTALLY a personal style thing) were the shot that were tilted left or right (e.g. the hallway at the end). But even though that's something that usually really gets to me, it was a pretty fine usage of it here. Good job and keep making movies!

Ah i was gonn say sumtin about the 44 seconds of extra time. But sumone already said the same thing. IM sure though if you cut it down from 11 to 5:44 u coulda cut it from 5:44 to 5:00 and then jus submitted a directors cut later. but wats done is done and i have to agree, this was one of the better films in the competition. Love seeing good cinematography right. anyways, jus chekin out the competition, hopefully theyll let u through. Good luck man, 5/5
But dude, unless you cut it down to 5 minutes in the next 40 minutes, you won't get it counted. I'd bet that they are going to be pretty strict on the 5-minute time limit.
I hope you can do something about this, because I think you'd easily be in the top 20, if not the top 10.
Thanks so much man! I really wish I can cut it down, but I already had to cut it down from 11 min, which was devastatingly hard. I really tried for many days and hours to find a way to shorten it, but there isn't a way without distorting the story or pacing. The pacing itself is already really fast, much much faster than the original. If I don't make it than oh well can't say I didn't try. Thanks so much for our comment!!!

Thanks! Yea the Dutch angle at the end is a stylized shot, set up to symbolizes the awkward relationship between both of them.
