  • I'm sure Fring to Fring like Skype to Skype is free, but as soon as you call someone that is not on the same network it starts to charge you per minute. VOIP is still the cheapest way to call international. even US calling plans are better than the Big Names. i'm about to do a review on the New My Global Talk App. their rates and plans have been the cheapest i've seen so far.
