Try lighting the green screen a little less, or lighting the car and person a little more. You are getting quite a bit of green spilling into and onto the car. You always want to make sure that the subject is lit more than the green screen and you shouldn't have that problem.

It would be impossible to film a guy in a car with tat stability, put a bit of camera shake and it feels more like you are there, also, try keying out the green more (video copilot serious FX training really helps! But nice video anyway! ;)

There was no color effect on your face from the sun, you obviously can't drive sideways and you could see green on your face and hands.

Use color range to get those small excess bits of green and then suppress the reflected green. Then use something color "lightwrap" to make it seem like the actor is really on location. oh also try color matching using curves or levels in ae. every little step adds to the realism

the screen is too close to you and the car, the green reflects on the car and your hair, so you can see some of the filmed background where it shouldn't XD

try separating the car from the screen a bit more, or edit it.

You have to feather the images in your editing software. Check out chroma key tuts and look for one with feathering.

@imoveatparaderest no. feathering makes it look bad and extremely amateur. You have to do a screen matte and adjust the clip white, and clip black until you get a perfect black on white matte. then you base it on the hard color, and adjust the contrast of the edges until you loose any green spill that might be left over.

K your edges, Especially on the tips of his hair are terrible. Plus the relfection isnt to good either. Use After Effects with the Keylight Plugin It should look better.
