Where the hell did you get the idea that they cut out the water phase?! I've seen interviews within the last couple months that state quite plainly that you start out as an amoeba-like creature!!! Where's your proof? Or are you pulling something out of your arse like so many nae-sayers on this site?

Are you reaterded? OK, well I cant say weather the water phase is in or not, but the amoeba phase (AKA the CELL PHASE) has always been around. While the so called "water" phase is a MULTI-CELLULAR phase which is based in the water, instead of on land like the Creature phase.

Ah...you are referring to the phase where they are swimming around in the water? Looks like you're right... try being more descriptive next time. Sad that we don't get to swim around in the oceans...but some players would probly want to stay there! We just leave the water as a slug. Yuck.

Actually I think the creature and water phase are the same. From cell phase you go to creature phase but you start in the water,

if they did the should allow you to build star fleets and either engage in space battles or let their soilders attack the planet with viechels. also lik the weopons u can edit how bout different types of guns and armor for ure race!!!!!!

If I remember right, I read an article that said that the E3 2006 version of the game was taped togeather and if they did something that didn't follow the path they set, it would break, so the E3 only looked like it was ready

this is extremely powerful technology their putting in this game, and their also trying to make sure it runs smoothly on modern computers. sure it couldve come out in 06, but even at e3 that year the game had bugs in the demo. its most likely mr maxis over there is trying to make sure this game is not only smooth, but extremely enjoyable and worth your 50 bucks.

Who cares how long it takes before it comes out, this will be a one of a kind game and will have millions of people playing it, Can't wait for its arrival, it'll be the first time players get to choose how the character looks and acts in the world "we" create :D Nice one will wright!
