Gabi was not believable at all.. It sucks because that scene would have been SO good! If Gabi had felt a little bit more emotion and poured tears instead of making the baby face, I would have cried too.. But no. That scene is ruined because of her lack of feelings.. ;-;
I don't see why it's so hard for him to explain what's wrong to Gaby. All he needed to say is that because his mom has been a slut his entire life and has ruined one relationship after another with sex and infidelity he pretty much has problems being intimate. Then they could have gone to couple's therapy and at least gaby wouldn't feel like it's her fault. This whole thing about him being gay is a plan b (which i don't mind) but I really think that intimacy of any sort is will's real issue.
I've always hated spoilers. But now I read the comments on an episode before watching the episode—which amounts to giving myself a spoiler. But after watching parts 1 - 39 this weekend, I've decided the only way to cope with this show is to check the comments and see if it's an episode I want to watch, as most of them seem empty & absurd. Everyone shooting everyone; Johnny who wasn't kidnapped; the website that refuses to die, Will & Gabi going slow, etc. This one, though, sounds interesting.

He shivers when Gabi touches him, won't have sex with her, but is determined to stay with her and makes a very pushy effort of moving in with her. I mean, while they're discussing it, Will is talking to SONNY for crying out loud. Why else would he be so into the website and not into her? 'Cause he was working with boys, duh :P.
Such a mistake not to follow right on from when Will demolished the kitchen. Would have loved everyone's reaction. His friends also need to be way more concerned and present in his lives. A cute yes man who smiles and nods at everything, and the next moment he goes batsh*t insane. Someone care a bit!
Idk, I just cant wrap my head around Will´s logic. I mean he must´d noticed by now that Gabi doesn´t turn him on and he even feels uncomfortable when she touches him, so does he think all that is gonna suddenly change if they move in together? Oh well, maybe watching your Mom getting it messes your head more than I thought
For those who say Camila Banus (Gabi) is a bad actress, take a look at this. She had to have a meaty story line to sink her teeth into such as this and she is really good and will only get better the longer she is on the show!
@fireballnc2 I have to agree. I do not know if most people watching the current storyline remember his mom's anger issues. We got to see some of it again when she lashed out at Marlena. This would be a good storyline to explore seems like both are a bit bipolar.
I want to send some kudos to the lovely lady who plays Gabby. I thought she gave a great, understated performance here which is exactly what was needed, nothing too OTT
I must say it is nice for once in these S/L that the girlfriend is not completely clueless. She did the right thing for both of them by ending it.
Thought Gabriella did an awesome in today's episode... Really liked the end of the episode, too. It's like Will had no choice but to come to terms with with his sexual orientation.
I’m going to guess that people that are hating this scene is basically bound & determined to hate it no matter what just to spite it. I strongly disagree with @bigdancd on Chandler’s (Will) acting. He has by far improved so much in the past couple weeks in his scenes because before he’s been totally boring. I hope when the Emmy’s come out Chandler will be on that list.
@Anmag70 I totally agree with you cause b4 he was rather unremarkable. But lately, Chandler has shown he can portray intensity as well. We noticed the characters "Chad" for his looks, and "Sonny" for his orientation. But the past few episodes have made me sit up and notice the character "Will", and that is without pondering his orientation..
@skyemcleod1 I guess it’s a matter of opinion & I’m not the only one who feels this way. Considering the dwindling of American soaps there’s not going to be a lot of choices now. I also believe there are 2 categories for males in a soap one for adult & one for young adult. The only other one who would be worthy for the young adult set would be Shane from OLTL, who was bullied in school.

Who does the hair on this show? Chad's "do" looks ridiculous. Will's hair changes color on a daily basis which leads me to believe that these segments are not taped in sequence. The ending of this ep is soo damn funny when Chad and Sonny come running out to hold Will up. Will can't act at all. He just runs his hands thru his hair and make dumb expressions when he is showing emotion.
Some intensity that we've been missing! That was really great acting from the both of them. And can I just say that Will has made a complete 180 in his behavior. Love it!

@DinahWest I guess that makes sense. I know the really old backstory on this, which is that Mickey was sterile. He and Maggie adopted Melissa and Maggie also had a daughter, Sarah, by artificial insemination, but nobody ever mentions her anymore.
@markolas1 one of the many things that bothers me abt this show is the major characters who the writers decide just don't exist anymore: Tom & Alice's son Tommy; Julie's brother Steve; and Marlena's 1st husband Don, who I think went to check the mail & never came back. I think Sami's brother has also suffered this fate.
@markolas1 It's not that they don't exist they are usually just off in a foreign country or something to that extent. But I think Tommy got killed in a war or something. They do mention some of the characters every once in a while, and the trimming of the Horton X-Mas tree is when you usually see some of the names of those not present on the show at the moment.
@Diannime Tommy was presumed dead in the Korean War, but came back w/ amnesia and started dating Marie (he had plastic surgery and was unrecognizable) - it was a long storyline back in the late '60s. He was on the show until the late '70s, was mentioned once or twice after that, then never spoken of again. Then, at Tom's funeral, Alice referred to Mickey as "Tom's oldest son," as if Tommy never existed.
At the pace this story-line is unfolding, I think we can expect Will to be getting his tongue down Sonny's throat about this time next year. We've yet to see even a flicker of interest between the boys. Let's hope they've got them on a long term contract.

Poor Gabi. Will is messing with her head. It is not even lack of sex, but of intimacy. 1 moment he is showering her with gifts, and next he won't even hold her. In the real world, Gabi would have been all over it by now, busting car windows and shite. Sigh.
I don't think its unheard of people waiting till they get married to have any type of sexual relations. I think Gabi might have understood if Will talked about his view... but us as viewers know what's up. Will is gay. Any good christian girl would not have questioned the whole "respect" thing.
@cyke90 They've already had sex. So it's not about waiting until marriage or anything. Will has been avoiding being intimate again with her since their first time because he had trouble performing, so to speak, and they were both underwhelmed.

It seems a bit unrealistic that the girls wouldn't consider the possibility that Will is gay considering that Sonny is standing right next to him to remind them that they have met a guy who would shy away from sex with a girl.
I'm sorry, I only joined this storyline when Sonny got involved. Does Will have a history of anger management or something? I understand that he's dealing with what he saw with him Mom, topped with losing his relationship and not being able to do anything about it. But from what I've seen thus far, this outburst still seems out of character.
@lawrence5584 He grew up with a broken family, parents divorced; his mother isn’t a great role model for motherhood & father a recovering alcoholic. Will thought everything changed when Rafe(stepfather)came into the picture & his home life more secure but that dream shattered when his mother slept with EJ. Even though he wasn’t interested in Gabbi sexually, I think he was hoping to create with her what he lost at home. The stress that he’s been carrying explodes.
I don't think Will realizes he is gay just yet. I think he needs to work on some anger management issues first! And maybe then he can delve into why he didn''t want to sleep with such a beautiful woman. The last scene was so powerful! You really didn't need the sound but I would love to see it with sound because it would be even better. Kudos to the actor who plays Will. This storyline is finally starting to pick up and I can not wait to see what happens next.

Finally, some freaking acting! All they needed was some actual drama instead of boring school web site story line. I think he wanted Gabby to break up with him so he wouldn't be "at fault". Sonny, Will needs your shoulder.
I so understand his pain, this is like a walk down memory lane for me..When I realized I was gay it was the most emotional moment in my life, cuz I felt like I had failed my friends and worst of all my family...And there was not a damn thing I could do about it...but I continued to deny it for awhile until the one moment when a school counselor confronted me with it, and it was like a revelation went off in my head that answered all my questions. That's when I began the journey toward acceptance

His parents jerked him out of school when he came out to them,& have shut him down. His ponzy mom tells him her'confused' not gay. -She doesn't even know her own son as well as I do. We see him when we can,but it's not often. At least he knows our family loves/accepts him.
It took them a really long time to get the serving dishes, also did they really need all three of them to get them. When they came back they hadn't even brought them. There is something off about these kids.
@Markstubation01 Re: Chad, Mel & Sonny getting the dishes- lol they didn't "need" to, rather wanted to go together & probably just lost track of time talking; & when they heard Will & Gabi arguing, decided to stay out of their way, until Will started actually trashing the place which would've been understandably loud & alarming, thus them all running in at once & without the dishes, they must've rushed to find out what happened because that kind of noise would be very worrisome!
It was about to happen: the breakdown of Will. The guy has to deal with a lot at the same time. No time for a break, to settle things down. Drama after drama. Will is going to need his grandma, he'll need to talk to her to get himself back on track.
Chad and Sonny did come a little late. Them staying away from the argument between Will and Gabi is only respectful. Let them handle it themselves, but Will already smashed everything off the table, and the sink.
You know I never thought I'd say it but I thought Camilla (Gabi) was pretty good acting wise here also. See writers if you give your actors something good to work with they may reward you with some good acting and I don't mean rubbish website S/L.

Dark turn for Will. Especially since he saw his mom getting schtooped by EJ. Bet you there will be another baby mess soon and Sami's going to try to pass the baby off as being Rafe's when everyone and Will, will know that it's not. Add to that when he finally comes to terms that he's GAY. I think he's really going to need Grandma Marlena's help.
This was actually kind of interesting, but you gotta love the unrealistic aspects of a soap. For example, where the heck did Will go in the middle that he had to come back inside from and how is it that the friends are in the other room for the perfect amount of time and only come out when Will starts to freak out? I'm excited to see where this goes now that Will is in breakdown mode.
Don't understand how closeted / in-denial gay men who decide to have a girlfriend ("beard") think they'll be able to continue in a relationship with that girl without having to deliver on the sexual expectations.
He is defintitely Sami and Lucas son for sure and now he will go down a dark path ljust like his parents did when they were younger. It's going to be a fun ride to watch.
And by the by, as soap acting goes, Chandler Massey is making me a believer. I just figured that soap actors were just terrible. But I'm starting to now think that they're only as terrible as their writing and production values are. This industry just does not know how to make good use of their talents. Chandler is making this uptick in the writing count!
Will, don't be such a drama queen. Gabi, if you needed any more confirmation that Will is gay... Although a part of me was a *little* turned on with all the grief-stricken display of aggression. I purposely combine that with my very distinct memory of Will's chiseled body (GAWD o_O) and I'm convinced that Sonny is going to get all the man he can handle. I hope Will drops the choir-boy routine a smidge to keep this interesting. DOOL, this storyline picking up is the best Christmas gift ever!
What is the song at the end? I do like slow progression storylines because it will hopefully make anything that happens between Will and Sonny more believable as we have seen them develop a friendship. I keep watching this part over and over again

Chandler Massey such a good actor!! I'm feeling so damn emotional and tearing up towards the end, feeling sad for everything Will is going through. i just love him, want to give him a great big hug right now. I hope Sonny will be there for him.
Great job writers! Best scene so far in this storyline. Great job by both Will and Gabi! Will is getting all the press from us guys, but the Gabi charactor is doing a great job, and keeping it real. I cant wait for the Will and Sonny romance to start, but I have to give props to Gabi, she is playing this the way it should be played. and as a Guy that had girlfriends throughout high school, I can say the questions and emotions (And lack of) is spot on. Been in this EXACT Scenario myself!

I don't think its unheard of people waiting till they get married to have any type of sexual relations. I think Gabi might have understood if Will talked about his view... but us as viewers know what's up. Will is gay. Any good christian girl would not have questioned the whole "respect" thing.

@cyke90 They've already had sex. So it's not about waiting until marriage or anything. Will has been avoiding being intimate again with her since their first time because he had trouble performing, so to speak, and they were both underwhelmed.

She's just wondering why after they had sex once, a while back, why Will has not wanted to have sex again and keeps pushing her away when they kiss or are about to get intimate. I think most women would feel the same if their boyfriend stopped showing physical interest in them.

I'm sorry, I only joined this storyline when Sonny got involved. Does Will have a history of anger management or something? I understand that he's dealing with what he saw with him Mom, topped with losing his relationship and not being able to do anything about it. But from what I've seen thus far, this outburst still seems out of character.

Will thought everything changed when Rafe(stepfather)came into the picture & his home life more secure but that dream shattered when his mother slept with EJ. Even though he wasn’t interested in Gabbi sexually, I think he was hoping to create with her what he lost at home. The stress that he’s been carrying explodes.

I don't think Will realizes he is gay just yet. I think he needs to work on some anger management issues first! And maybe then he can delve into why he didn''t want to sleep with such a beautiful woman. The last scene was so powerful! You really didn't need the sound but I would love to see it with sound because it would be even better. Kudos to the actor who plays Will. This storyline is finally starting to pick up and I can not wait to see what happens next.

I so understand his pain, this is like a walk down memory lane for me..When I realized I was gay it was the most emotional moment in my life, cuz I felt like I had failed my friends and worst of all my family...And there was not a damn thing I could do about it...but I continued to deny it for awhile until the one moment when a school counselor confronted me with it, and it was like a revelation went off in my head that answered all my questions. That's when I began the journey toward acceptance

His parents jerked him out of school when he came out to them,& have shut him down. His ponzy mom tells him her'confused' not gay. -She doesn't even know her own son as well as I do. We see him when we can,but it's not often. At least he knows our family loves/accepts him.

It was about to happen: the breakdown of Will. The guy has to deal with a lot at the same time. No time for a break, to settle things down. Drama after drama. Will is going to need his grandma, he'll need to talk to her to get himself back on track.
Chad and Sonny did come a little late. Them staying away from the argument between Will and Gabi is only respectful. Let them handle it themselves, but Will already smashed everything off the table, and the sink.

This was actually kind of interesting, but you gotta love the unrealistic aspects of a soap. For example, where the heck did Will go in the middle that he had to come back inside from and how is it that the friends are in the other room for the perfect amount of time and only come out when Will starts to freak out? I'm excited to see where this goes now that Will is in breakdown mode.

Will, don't be such a drama queen. Gabi, if you needed any more confirmation that Will is gay... Although a part of me was a *little* turned on with all the grief-stricken display of aggression. I purposely combine that with my very distinct memory of Will's chiseled body (GAWD o_O) and I'm convinced that Sonny is going to get all the man he can handle. I hope Will drops the choir-boy routine a smidge to keep this interesting. DOOL, this storyline picking up is the best Christmas gift ever!

Great job writers! Best scene so far in this storyline. Great job by both Will and Gabi! Will is getting all the press from us guys, but the Gabi charactor is doing a great job, and keeping it real. I cant wait for the Will and Sonny romance to start, but I have to give props to Gabi, she is playing this the way it should be played. and as a Guy that had girlfriends throughout high school, I can say the questions and emotions (And lack of) is spot on. Been in this EXACT Scenario myself!
