The ingredients are most likely;

1 egg

Flour

Baking powder??

4 spoons of sugar

A pinch of salt

Put the mixture in cups

Microwave on 700W for 1 Minute (will obviously vary depending of your microwave)

Oh, and it's called Pancake-Bread. Very delcious as a snack or dessert.

I've had this its: 1 egg, 4 tablespoons of flour and sugar, 3 tablespoons of oil and either 3 tablespoons of cocoa or vanilla with any topping of your choice. Then put in the microwave for about 3 minutes. It's cake.
