The ones who think that Michelle is looking old definitely need glasses that woman looks good for a 40+ woman and her hair is beautiful. Not too mention, she over acts every scene. Is MS unable to convey anything with out flailing and repeating everything? There is such a thing as over compensating and scenery chewing. It doesn't matter though because SH owns her ten times over. Hopefully the writers will realize with the budget cuts that SH is a goddess and can do it all and free the tired played out Phyllis
