Yes, I got it! This frequency analysis was not perfect, but pretty effective. Revealed R as E for sure. V seemed to be I, because of being single-lettered word.. I had troubles in the beginning, until I saw the word -i-eo in the process.. could only be video. Which suffits the V = I. And lead you to see that the substitution goes both ways:

"I enjoyed this video and saved it to show others. Well done. I hope you enjoyed decrypting this cipher"

@projectkanaanite Hey, I'm gonna try to solve it. Started out by doing som frequency analysis, but the text is a bit too short for this to be very effective. Tried ROMEWASBUILTNHDY as a key, didnt work either. The words' reputation leads to monoalphabetic substituion for sure.. Since I couldn't easily break it on my own, I searched your encrypted text on google, and found this one: (no link)
