I... dont think the TMNT cartoon is originaly from Japan... I mean... look at Yoraee's work, and read the descriptions in Lazars account. I think he made it...

Not all the time. The Japanese version of Beast Wars was horrid. It took out much of the drama of the original series as well as changing one of the characters from a female to a male.
