It's funny how puck is friends with everyone he bullied...for example Kurt when told karouffsky that he is #1 on his list to get his ass kicked for makeing Kurt transfer.... And then #2 Artie during "never been kissed" they become close friends in the end:) out of all the characters Puck has had the BIGGEST character development:)

It's just fan's interpretation; Puck was Kurt's biggest bully since the first episode and that sort of love-hate relationship makes the cliche. There's no actual relationship between the characters, not even much of a platonic one I think, but I'm not sure about that. Sorry ><
