@assarta I'm sorry, I do not understand your question. if you are asking me if the military can create beings, I would say no. If you are asking me if they can create vessels that mimic alien vessels, I say yes. The evidence indicates they got the knowledge from back engineering alien ships that crashed here. I don't believe all ufos are alien, some are military. But certainly many are from other places in our universe.
