I like Gundam Unicorn as a story that looks at EF-Zeon conflict as a historical event in the past and that re-explores it in a current crisis set in a post-Zeon world. There were not any Gundam show that really did that. F91 and Victory, while good shows, never tried to show it meant to live in a post-Zeon universe was like.
