You know the powdered non-dairy creamer for coffee? Just put a bit in a cup and pour it onto a lighter...or do you mean the slow-motion part? For that, you'll need a Casio EX-F1 (~$1000). There are better options in terms of resolution, speed and exposure, but they're a lot more expensive. If you've got the scratch, I recommend the Red Scarlet (google it)...camera without lenses is ~$3k, but it does 120fps @ cinema 3k.
