I love all of John's books.. bought all of them and just last night was reading (for the umpteenth time) 'Closeups in Nature'. It's his books that got me into nature photography.

Wow. I really liked this video. I also love how he shares some tips on naming files and other stuff. Great to see inside his bag ect. too. Great video.

Hi John I just dusted of and re-read a couple of your books I bought 15 or 20 years ago. Focus on Nature and Nature Photography Field Guide. I built a gun stock like the one you made. Nice to come across you on the web!

I LOVE your book, Nature Photography Field Guide!!! It is my bible! You have a way of teaching difficult material into simple terms. I have tried to understand exposure from online and other books but just ended up being more confused. I love nature and the detail of things and your photographs are amazing and inspiring! It's so nice to meet you through YouTube.
