When I was seventeen, many years ago, I saw a little five year old girl whose facial injuries were much worse than those of Jacqueline. I think of her often. Without much hope I prayed she would be pain free, know happiness and peace. Because of Jacqueline and her courage I now have the hope this might be possible. dont hate your friend but instead try to change him. do what you and your other friends can to get him to stop. for example take the keys to his car and prohibit him from driving. Yesterday when i was on "Riskutbildning 1"(a course concerning drink n drive you have to take to get a drivers licence in Sweden)These footages of her were shown. Well, she mentioned in Oprah that she wanted to live, and she is glad that she did, because she still wants to do a lot of things in her life. If a person who had no will to continue living stepped in her shoes, they would die on the night of the accident.

When I was seventeen, many years ago, I saw a little five year old girl whose facial injuries were much worse than those of Jacqueline. I think of her often. Without much hope I prayed she would be pain free, know happiness and peace. Because of Jacqueline and her courage I now have the hope this might be possible. I would like to see Jacqueline speak on Oprah's show. She has shown such a light on my hope that the child I met can be happy, and I thank her for that. God Bless you.

I know people who drives drunk. especially one of my friends. His attitude towards this is totally unacceptable. He has driven drunk several times. Yesterday when i was on "Riskutbildning 1"(a course concerning drink n drive you have to take to get a drivers licence in Sweden)These footages of her were shown. He was the only one counting the minutes he spent there. He was the only one whining all the time. And I honestly hate him for that. My best friend. I hate him, for what he may do some day.

one of my best friends since preschool was killed by a drunk driver on august 5th 2007. he was only 13 years old when he died. it hurts more than anything. just don't drink and drive and this kinda stuff wont happen. dont feel sorry for me, thats not what i want. take action. if you see a drunk driver, call 9-1-1. it could save a life. you may think your invincible if you drink and drive, but your not and neither is anyone else around you.
