Oh god, that is the worst advice I've ever heard: "put your army on dead ground"... If that was true all those huge pockets in russia during 1941 would have fought off the germans. In normandy, if Rommel would have had his way, overlord might have turned out very differently. It was air power that ensured the success of dday. The germans could not counterattack the bearches because of air interdiction since, thanks to rundstedt, their main battle groups weren't on the beaches as Rommel wanted

This is fucking stupid. No one cares about how the Americunts won the war. It would have been much more interesting to compare the Russians instead. The Russians had much more diverse battles and attack strategies in WWII. The only thing the Americans/Allies did was attack multiple areas at once so the Germans couldn't stack reinforcements in one area.

They have No idea what the color of the buildings, people, Etc are, but what they do know is what the color of the flag is, therefore they color the flag and the flag only. Funny how they only color the flag though!

good thinking...i wonder why he didnt do that. Possible factors--did not trust to leave his army to his second in command with such task as invading...back then u were immediately by your army-no command center or monitors. Wu had to have defensive forces in place, sun tzu was commanding the offensive forces. Do you study stratedy?
