  • surely a remake of a magaman game

  • Umm... don't almost all platformers have vertical scrolling? There are quite a few games where you can look down by crouching. I think the reason early Mega Man games didn't have vertical strolling was becouse of the limitations of the NES.

  • So the game was outsourced to some obscure US company? No wonder it's complete crap. The music and sound is horrible. The graphics are good though.

Mega Man 3, 4, and 5 are my favorite Mega Man games.

  • Ugh, I wish the screen on my gamegear wasn't lame.

  • I honestly don't see this as being any worse than the Gameboy Megaman games. At least the graphics are better, it's in color, and it doesn't run in slow motion.

  • This game is MEH--it's ripped off of its NES counterparts. The Dr. Wily level is not even original, it's Quickman's lair from MMII (NES).

  • first time i see Mega Man for Game Gear look really nice

  • At 4:08 I knew just how you feel! This is why I liked the charge up in Megaman 4 alot more!

  • Gawd I remember playing this in 1st grade. And no wonder it missed me off so much!

  • The only game Mega didn't lose his charge when getting hit in was Megaman 4. Just thought I'd mention that.

  • @Alby4t5 Actually there was also Megaman 7!

  • So it's zoomed in and copied levels. Guess I'm not missing anything.

  • play it on psp using SMSpsp with the "rewind" function. It makes the game actually playable.

  • I think US Gold also made those Indiana Jones games that UrinatingTree ripped on.

I've got two Game Gears, and both have problems with their screens. And here's a perfect example of how even good games get dumbed down on the system anyway.

  • A mediocre Mega Man??? Well, I never!

  • Nice job making short work of that boss. Yeah, this adaptation definitely looks problematic, but it's nowhere as horrific as the DOS games...

    Also: pew pew pew!

  • OK better then PC but i think the gameboy ones are better.

  • The gameboy ones were developed by Capcom, so yeah, they are worth playing.
